Until you get a ninja band, try the eyepatch. It's better then nothing and we know Kakashi wouldn't have that eye revealed. I really don't like the pants, but I suppose it is the best gaia has to offer Kakashi-wise so not a lot you can do there. Overall, it does look fairly good. And for a mask, you can use the tuna helms, they look pretty cool.
