I'm shure most of you have played / play a Pokemon game of some sort on come version of game boy. The Game Boy colour was my first system that I owned, and I played Pokemon Red (it was, and still is my only Game Boy game). Here you can discuss your Pokemon adventures, share tips and tricks, and just a general discussion on the games.

I never had a gameboy colour growing up as a kid..my bro got one on Christmas with pokemon silver. Man..I miss playing those games. I think i'm going to find a copy of red or blue to play, just for the sake of nostalgia.

I've got Mew on there (won it through Nintendo Power), so I'm never starting a new game. xd

Tag-teamed with Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time, Pokemon Red was the epic adventure of my youth(yea real life doesn't count XD). I was so disappointed when I found out you needed BLUE for my favorite pokemon Magmar. I still play these games to this day...

I still play my red version (dug it out of my closet yesterday) though I've never played a Zelda Game. Ever. though I do want too.
When playing I must say I am guilty of using the item duplicating cheat xd it was fun 3nodding

Link's Awakening is HANDS-DOWN the best adventure game for the GB/GBA. As for Pokemon, I started with yellow and beat it in three days.

It's good to level up Pokemon you don't care about, but if you want your pokemon to be da man, ya gotta work him out at the gym!!I love my Flareon I have now, I loved the Vaporeon I used to have too.

See the thing with the Rare Candy leveling method is that the Pokemon stats will not be pumped up as much as if you did it manually. However, that is why a lot of trainers who do this trick also get unlimited Protiens and other such items that focus on pumping up specific stats on a Pokemon.

My main team was super over powered and also a little boring I found. I had a Blastose, Venisor, Charazard, Mew, Articuno, and MewTwo all level 100 (no Rare candies). I started training a second team and I even started setting up teams for pokemon stadium at the different levels. I can't remember what my second team was though. I of course had Blue.
I liked my Pokemon Yellow team much better. Had a lot more pokemon that I actually liked. I can't remember what the team was though.

Red Version moda socka! And true to the cover charmader was my first. I did however use the rare candy trick sweatdrop I was not about to go through the elite for 1000 times just to make a team I'd never get to use in multiplayer crying
This is the big apple, where the F are all the gamers hiding! gonk
