Waterclan Territory Waterclan makes their dens across the river. There is a big log running across the river that lets them come home. They live in dens under rocks and tree roots and brambles. There is a big stump in their camp clearing that the leader speaks from.  This is a collage of the kind of place the Waterclan cats live in. There is the log that crosses the river, and a lot of trees to nest under. There are also some stepping stones farther up the river toward the village. *note: all pictures came from screenshots from a screensaver I have.

It was a cold but sunny morning. The sun had just risen and Moonstar stepped out into the clearing of the Waterclan camp. Prey had been plenty lately and everyone in the camp was healthy. Moonstar took a deep breath and thought about the good luck they had all been having. Even at the last gathering, the other clans seemed to be doing just as good as waterclan. He wondered how long it would all last before something happened to break the peace.

Then cloudpaw came pouncing up, "hiii Moonstar I'm going to go get some fresh kill for my first time alone" Then cloudpaw scuried away.

Shimmerpelt stepped out of the den, and stretched her hind legs.
Then she walked over to Moonstar and dipped her head in a greeting to him.

Moonstar returned the greeting. "It's been a while since anything major has happened." He voiced his fears, they'd never had a peace last this long, something very big was bound to happen in the days to come. He sighed and shook his head when he saw Shimmerpelt's worried look. "I'm just making something of what isn't there. Enjoy this time, it's a nice sunny day, perfect for hunting."

Shimmerpelt made a small smile, it had a hint of worry in it though.
Then she asked "Would you join me and go hunting?" Maybe that would cheer him up she thought.

"I'd be glad to, but maybe we should grab a couple more cats to go with us." He suggested. They found a warrior and an apprentice to come with them. ((It's going to be like this until we get more people in the RP. So I guess we'll just make up characters to suit the situation, they won't say anything though)). They headed out the entrance to the camp.

Cloudpaw jumped as it was his first time hunting. He ran in front of the the clan leader.

((If Shimmerpelt ever has kits it will probably have to be that way too, Because there is nobody being a kit yet.))

When they got there Shimmerpelts ears twitched, she heard a mouse. The mouse came out from hiding and started to eat not noticing Shimmerpelt sneaking up on it. She pounced and bit it. Then she buried it so it would be safe from foxes well they hunted more.

xXx_Forbidden Rose_xXx Echosong looked around once more and sighed yet again. Where the hell is everyone? she thought misurably. Well, i'll just have to find out for myself. Echosong concluded. She padded out of the camp and followed the trail that paws had worn over centuries. She found herself heading through the thick trees and in the direction of Waterclan. Not until she scented the markers did she know she had passed into Waterclan territory. Woah! Echosong thought well, there must be a good reason for my paws to lead me here she finished. Echosong stopped and scented the air tentively.(sp?) w...what ame i doing here? she thought, finally snapping out of the trance. She could smell that Moonstar, Cloudpaw and Shimmerpelt were nearby. Echosong recognized their scents from the Gatherings.
