So I tiy to turn on my 360 when I got the error code E 74. looking it up, it says that ther is a problem with the AV cable. I bought a new AV cable yesterday, and i still egts E 74.
I need help, what do i need to do??????

Maybe it's not the cable, maybe it's the cable input.

also, i dont mean to make you look like an idiot but do you have the red white and yellow cords plugged into the right place?

If the audio cords were messed up it would only mess with the sound, and not anything the system does. If the video wasn't plugged in he wouldn't be able to see the error code anyway.

By the way, I think the problem is is that the Whatever reads th AV cable is not working. I've already clled microsoft and there going to send me a box so I can ship it back.

I think I would know where to put the red, white, and yellow cords in. By the way, I think the problem is is that the Whatever reads th AV cable is not working. I've already clled microsoft and there going to send me a box so I can ship it back. could it possibly that the switch is set to HDTV not regular
