Heh, I was actually thinking about announcing this at a later con that the Rangers would be assembled at, but now seems like a good time.
Since I am taking sewing lessons, I wanted to make Risembool Rangers jackets for the members! It would have a red/black color scheme, much like Ed's jacket.
FRONT INCLUDES: Zipper front (large or small zipper) Risembool Rangers patch on left "breast" of jacket A slightly upturned collar Black, large stitch hemming on bottom of jacket and sleeves
BACK INCLUDES: Risembool Rangers forum name across back (i.e. My Ranger forum name is JennyWestheaven, so I'd put that on back of mine) Elric symbol In all caps, "RED DAAAAAAAAAAAAWN!!" sprawling across the bottom
I thought that this would be a cute idea, especially if anyone wants to do it with me or help me make them. That'd really be a big help...
I was also thinking about making one of these for Vic as well, putting "Fuhrer Vic" on the back of his jacket or something to that extent and obviously making it a little bit different from the regular members' jackets.
Let me know what you guys think!

Yeah, neither can I, but that's why I'm taking lessons. I might hand-stitch the first few together, but then I'll switch to a machine. I am gonna hand-stitch everything on there--the patch, the name, the symbol, and the "RED DAAAAAAAAAAAAWN!". That is, until I learn how to do that by machine too. sweatdrop

Thanks to all who replied for support and for help! whee I really appreciate it.
PinkPoogleh-->I can make these as a commission, and I suppose that they would fall under that category as I would request people's measurements, which is not something they would readily give out so publicly. Which is, as I should have mentioned--but didn't--before, if you want me to make you one, you can reach me over MSN messenger:
jennynagashiki@sailormoon.com
Or by email:
ultrahypermidget@yahoo.com
Again, thanks to everyone for their support!

EEE! eek Slow down, people!
*ahem* Depending upon the jacket's destination, I may only have to charge for shipping/handling. By the way, I live in Arizona, if that helps. I could only do a few commissions at one time, so it'll take awhile to do 'em all, and maybe the cost of fabric--depending on what you wanted the jacket made from--could be an issue. Usually, only shipping/handling payments would come up.
As for the jackets, I had three ideas: Sweatjacket, short version of Ed's jacket made from red denim, or actual-length Ed jacket. I'd also like to spout this off to the Fuhrer and the Matriarch and see if they want one too. ^^ Or will our Guild "negotiator" (lack of terms) do that for me?
