I ask not because I am but because I want to be informed. A friend of mine thinks that I am gay. She's a little strange. Also, I haven't been able to find anything so far so I'm posting this on here. This sounds awful but can anyone here just point me to a Bible verse? Anything at all?

Well God doesn't reall like homosexuality. In the bible it tells us that we are to be married to men and women. The way I see it God intented it to be Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve or Eve and Lee. Thats just the way God wants it. Plus love is such an important tool that he would like it to been seen his way.

I do recommend that you read Romans. ^_^ God set these rules because He did create Eve for Adam. He did not create man for Adam. So, when homosexual interaction is made, it is destructive physically and emotionally. Because the body is being used incorrectly, or against its design, the hormones mutate (this also can create depression and emotional issues). One example: gay men suffer from the cauliflower affect (wart-blister like things that burst out in a very sensitive area). O__o
God designed things scientifically and so that they would work efficiently, but when they are misused they become destructive (like anything).
God didn’t create “rules” against homosexuals because “He’s mean”. He is a caring and loving God! But because of the self-destructive affects of such interaction (between same gender couples) He set rules. Also, if you really love God, you will respect His parenting and protecting of you and not choose that life style.
Also, being attracted to the same gender is not gay or lesbian, but acting on the attraction (or much often, admiration mistaken or attraction) in the manner He made for man and woman is gay/lesbian.

I forget where, but the Bible says man is not supposed to lay with man. It was listed as a sin. Not an über sin. All sins are equal to god, right?

Yes. ^^ It is a Sin, as extreme as incest. And, you will go to Hell for it, unless you repent and change your ways, as God has had written. (as will those who support it, because if you support it, you are also supporting the those ppl to go to Hell.) O__o

tisk tisk, another "GAYS and gay supporters go to hell" well, yes, if the arn't saved, then yes, but you may be saved and go to heaven with the prespective that gays are ok, and God will think no less of you, only to correct you and show you what is right, just love them for who they are, not hate them for who they are attracted to, even if you know it's wrong. Show the love of God to all.

Don't you think it's cruel in supporting ppl to go to Hell? Personally, I wish everyone would choose God and go to Heaven. ^_^ That would make me very happy... But, ppl are selfish and often too stubborn to listen or learn...

The moment you have sex with someone of the same sex, your hormones start to mutate? I'd like a source citation on that one. Seriously. Also, the causes of homosexuality, while still somewhat unknown, are extremely different from any sort of clinical depression or emotional issues. Please check your facts. Secondly, homosexuality is not a choice. "Gay" ("lesbian" being the female-spcific slang) is a slang term for "homosexual." The term homosexual refers to people who are sexually, physically, and/or emotionally attracted almost exckusively to people of the same sex. If you have attractions to people of the same sex but do not (or have not yet) engaged in sexual activities with them, you are still homosexual/gay/lesbian. Note: I'm not trying to make an argument one way or the other for homosexuality is a religious level, but I refuse to let people get away with posting flat-out false information about the topic.

You'd do well to remember that, considering it's one of the major points of Christian teaching.
