Aw dudette, you're not that old. whee *Waits to get thwacked for comment being taken the wrong way* ._____.;
I share a kind of love-hate relationship with my computer and the internet. It's given me much joy and much grief- recently I ocudln't use the 'puter for a month because it was ridden with viruses and wouldn't work, and had to be taken into a computer doctor. And before that I got stuck in MS DOS mode before I even knew what that meant. T__T Now the scanner is trying to con me into thinking it isn't plugged in (it is, dammit! stressed ) and the computer freezes on me ever so often, esp. when I'm on the internet. Then again I'm rarely on the comupter without the internet. xp
(Ps- just so you know, I'm 17.) ninja ^_~ *Realises that the 16 thing may have had nothing to do in connection with own age, but has long ago been locked up in the paranoid side* @______@

I know I'm not old by any means.. but I am perfectly legal in the state of misouri and USA! heart I can do anything that it is legal to do (well except rent a car). I'm just saying that that was my carefree youth.. 6 years ago... that is both a huge distance of time in the vastness of space.. and the blink of an eye. And well... College is hard... Enjoy your freedon now cuz as soon as you hit your sophmore year of college you have to get serious, at least if you want to gain any kind of recognition with anyone. I work my a** off for my 2.87.. which isn't that spectacular when a 4.0 is perfect...
I don't know very much at all about computers... I know how to run one and how not to scew it up.. but my lover boy s going into a feild where he will specialize with computers.. so its all good!! whee

That reminds me, I've got to get my provisional driver's licence... the road is seriously not ready for me, yet! gonk
*Twitch* I'm at the equivalent at the mo- the sixth form. It's been hell since two years ago, when I became old enough for the major external exams... *spits, especially on the pointless AS Level, which she is curently doing* And then there's the eight extra curricular activities I do. Seven music-based, plus archery. sweatdrop Last year and the year before that were the GCSE exams... I studied ten subjects, got four A stars, six A's. Would have had five A*s, but one of my examiners was mean and marked me down by one point. xp xp That's one of the problems with Religion and Philosophy, I suppose- it's very open to debate. Oh, well. At least in uni I will be studying the subject I love.
Fwee, I'm way over here and you're way over there! o.O What kinds of stuff do you study?
I only know as much about computers as I do because I get the computer into nasty jams on a daily basis. >_>; So I have to learn how to get myself out of them as opposed to running up a gi-nourmous computer repair bill. Unless it's a hardware prob (which I currently have- damn PC World for fixing one thing but leaving another problem!)

I study art. Commercial Art, Illustration to be exact. I want to draw comics, or childerens books.. but not baby books razz bleck. Mostly I just want a job that challenges me and that I don't hate.
I still don't have my drivers licence.. or even a learners permit. but then I can walk everywhere I need to go, or take a train.

I'm all in favour if the greener ways of transport- if I can, I'll walk places, and I take the underground often. But alas, I will probably fall into the happy little convenience of the car. However I've heard that Japan has an electricity-powered car that's safe and affordable coming up, soon...
Funky, illustration! Art is kewel. domokun I loved it, but had to drop it because I wanted to study music during the GCSEs, and we aren't allowed to do more than one art subject because of the amount of coursework involved. Now I stick to manga drawing in the little free time I have.
I study maths *stabs*, biology, chemistry and music *luffles* heart . I'm dropping maths next year because I hate it with avengence. I only took it because I thought I wanted a career in natural sciences. But my heart lies with music, which is what I'll be studying in uni. Not sure what kind of field. Possibly performance, but I love most aspects of music. ^_~

*Tries to kick-start thread*
Anyone here a League of Gentlemen fan? And I don't mean the 'League of Extraordinaty Gentlemen' movie, I mean the British comedy plus the recent film they made.
One of the four guys involved in that is abig fan and wrote episode three, The Unquiet Dead (Mark Gatiss). Plus Eccleston has been in an episode of LoG before.

xd I like the Denton sketches- creepy, but their odd rules are really funny.
And I'm scared of the butcher, Briss. o.o Like him, but scared of him.
Went to see the movie recently. Was really funny. lol
