I now have a 9 month old daughter, and I am finding it harder and harder to dress teh way I used to. Sure, I put on a pair of black jeans and a band tee...but my god..it is horrible. No more gothing out, or going to see Rocky Horror Picture Show midnight on fridays.. Makes you feel kind of depressed...

Well...I mean, right now you might not be able to keep dressing and going out like you used to...but I hope when she's older that you'll go back to dressing lolita or goth. I've seen alot of people at the mall with "goth" moms...they always seem like such cool people.
And I think that just because you're a mom...you shouldn't have to be like...Mrs. Cleaver, right? You can be Mrs. Osborne instead X3

well I'm not sure if this is really loli related especially since most of us don't have children. So if I can't find a place for this it'll have to locked. It might be better in the freedom thread.

Going out on Friday's and stuff doesn't seem like it'd be hard. Maybe you should see if your mom, or a aunt, or someone would watch your daughter while you have fun ^^
And I think that as she gets older you should keep up your style. You and she would have more fun that way.

I would, but the fact is, my mom lives about a days drive away from where I live, and I actually have no aunts, all uncles...lol. That may sound rather odd though, lol. I cant wait to dress my daughter up!

During the day or evening it wouldnt be hard to get a babysitter, but not midnight on fridays.
