It was a long journey through the lands to the great pride of the Kusini'Mwezi, and though Ahmadas had promised little Jahala that this land was closest - that was hardly much to say. Though, he supposed in a way that you could never get yourself anywhere without a little hardwork. Besides, they were taking the journey easy - stopping early and starting late, mostly so that the little golden flower with him wouldn't get upset. She was so easily unnerved.
It was from the forrest line that they broke, his eyes kind as he stopped in his steps, slowly looking around the hilly area. His tail flickered, watching the horizon, the gentle blue hue of the distant rolling hills was most certainly a sight for sore eyes.
"Welcome to the Kusini'Mwezi lands, Jahala," he said softly, a smile slowly drawing across his maw. He tore his eyes away from the horizon and let them rest instead on the little golden feline he had grown quite accustomed to being around in the past days of their journey.

Jahala had a bright smile on her face as she moved a few steps forward. She then ran quickly around her companyon. "Hehe...Its so pretty here!" She said as she stopped beside him and nudged him showing the first sign of friendship...or was it something more? He could proble tell she wasn't very out going already.
She the giggled. "You it." she said tapping him with her tail. She bounded off into green brush. "We need some fun before we see your friends." She yelled out. She then grew reall quite as she hide in a bush. Although her tail poked out of the brush but she didn't know.

He laughed as he saw her rather hyper little burst, tail flickering as he stood still, eyes watching her run around his form. It was with a quirk of his brow that he heard those words your it.
The last time he had played this was when he was but a child, with his siblings.
He grinned, instantly taking off after her, but not at the full speed he could have tailed her - hey, why not play? There was always room in his life for fun.
He slowed as she hid away, taking it slow as he tried to listen, trying his hardest to pick out where she could be. Well, as hyper as she was, he had to remember that they were in a sense the same - and, well, that meant their abilities of sight and sound were the same.
"Where did you go you little weasel," he said teasingly, picking through the underbrush with nose and head down in search of her.

"I'm not a weasel." she said softly but that cost her. She didn't say it quite enough so he knew instenly where to find her. and the tail only aidded into finding her.

He grinned as the words came from her maw, enough that he could generalize the direction she was in. He turned, slowly starting a stalking stride in that general area - his ears alert. He could hear the distant flicking of her tail, but he still wasn't quite positive.
That's when he saw her tail moving, and a wry smirk danced along his jaw.
"Yeah you are," he said with an amused chuckle under his tone, leaping at the bush he knew she was hiding behind.

She turned hearing him as she squealed out and tried to move but was caught under his some of the brush and his body. "Hehe okay so maybe just a little." She said as she floped down and looked back at him with a small smile. "I'M IT!!" She yelled out as she put her paws over her face and began to count. "One bettel bug, Two bettel bug, Three bettel bug." She said as she kept on going untell twenty.

"You are it, weasel!" He chuckled as he heard her beginning to count, immediately leaping up and off of her little frame, making a very minimal noise in the crushed bush, then slinking off with hardly even a sound to follow. He didn't go far, however - instead, he leapt up slowly and easily into a dense tree that would more than hide his form.
Let her figure that one out, eh?

She stopped counting as she looked around. "Ready or not!" She yelled out as she bounded off in the wrong direction. She then stopped and looked around she sniffed the air a little as she turned around and went the right way. "Oh where are you?" She said softly looking around moving slowly.

A slow and small grin spread across the dark maw of our little serval ninja, his paws gentle and silent as he paced the branch above her - watching every little move she mad. Of course, he realized almost immediately that this was an unfair game to play with a creature of such a mentality as Jahala's - after all, she was too busy having fun to think hard about it, so he he decided a little noise would help her along.
He leapt from his tree, into another, a flash of dark pelt, landing on the second branch with only a jingle of leaves. Would she follow along?

Her eyes looked up quickly hearing the movement. She then saw the flash of black. She smirked as she looked around and tried to find a way up to get him. "Ahh Hey!!" She yelled out as she ran after him on the ground. "How'd you get up there!"

He chuckled as he peered down at her from a branch, his head peering through a halo of leaves as he quirked a brow. "Just like any other cat would," he said with a chuckle, making the tree branch jiggle just a bit, "you jump! Find a low branch and aim for it!" He smirked, sitting down with his tail curled around his paws, balanced perfectly on his limb.
Could she get up there?

she looked around and found a small branch. She then got on all fours then took off running. She leaped into the air and she smiled she she was going to get it. Then she grew closer and closer. Her face turned from a smile to one of being a bit annoyed. she jumped over the tree completely.

He frowned as he saw her miss the limb, his tail flickering back and forth like a snake dangling from the tree. He stood slowly, pacing along the branch until he was on the thickest part that would still support him - his eyes watching her.
"Don't get frustrated now, take a deep breath, stay calm, and just.. jump. You probably don't need a running start, us felines, we're very springy.." he tried to use silly words, ones that would keep her happy and cheerful - he didn't like seeing that look in her eyes.

She smiled brightly as she nodded. "Okay!!" she yelled out as she moved over to the brach. She then wiggled her little butt making her tail flck as she leaped up and grabed onto the bran finally. Of cource she slipped a little but she used her claws to right herself on the branch. "Hehe i did it!!" She yelled out as she ran along the brach surface.

Ahmadas just chuckled at the way she became so pleased with herself, on top of the fact that her method for leaping was quite amusing in itself. "You did indeed! Now you just need to practice, and you'll be able to do it as easy as me in no time, eh?"
He just smirked as he sat, tail wrapped around his forepaws, flickering somewhat to and fro on the branch. "Don't run so quickly, though, sometimes the branches get weak and can break from that. Be careful, alright weasel?"
Aww, a nickname she'll never live down.
