When beginning something, start simply. Now, unleash your artistic critiqueing skills upon! This is but a rough draft type thing! I will get you started: I'm thinking of something more 2x2 so that the characters have more room to talk. Hoo ha! EDIT: In addition to the comics I’ve whipped up, I thought that I would go ahead and add a bit of commentary so that you could see what was going through my mind when I did each strip. It seems to be “in” right now. Commentary: The entire premise of this strip is old. I have done this comic innumerable times in one form or another. It has always been that way. Note the horizontal layout like that of a newspaper comic. Not a lot of room in there. EDIT: New Biographies stored here.

Niiiice. Just make sure you're not the kind of person who seems half-illiterate by making a million spelling errors. Tehre are way to freakin' menny uv them in webcomiks, and ppls loose intrest fast becuase of it. And you must know how to use apostrophes, too. And homonyms and pronouns. You can mess with the other speech stuff on your own so people have personalities. Spelling errors should only exist as puns in comics. No, seriously. I'm not saying all of that because I'm a Nazi with a pet peeve (ironically, I hate that phrase). If you type like a six-year-old, people are either going to A) assume that your repeated spelling errors are correct, and, therefore, copy them (believe me, it happens) or B) start losing interest after the third misuse of 'to' within the first five comics and decide that it's really annoying, then the jokes aren't funny... There's also C) the people who could care less and make up the majority of the population, but it shouldn't matter because you want to lose as few readers as possible. Even if it is guild-based readers only, you'll at the very least lose me and my little sister as readers. And possibly that one guy who is not really my friend but I pretend he is whenever I'm not mad at him.
Anyway... You're good with the stuff so far.

You are correct. I run the dialogue through a spell check before posting and usually don't use that much anyway to cut down on errors. So I can't create Universes... Ah, “AGONY AND TAXES!” My catchphrase. The first appearance in the comic, as well as the format I’ve been using for more or less all of them. Four panels are often all I need to deliver the joke, or action, or whatever. Gave me room to work in.

Awesome. But spell-checkers don't always catch the difference between it's and its. And they're not perfect with homonyms, either. But some catch that kinda stuff.
Spliffy comic, though.

But, then, neither can DW A New Challenger Approaches! Behold the man who needs no introduction but will get one anyway, head of Blades of the Nexus and a secret guild that is very hush hush, and on the whole a very good dude, DeathWyrmNexus. In the comic, he serves as the head of things, and if he doesn’t say “Wangsaber!” as much as the real DW, well, you can’t have everything.

Yay, twee! I’m very proud of that tree. Took me a bit to draw up in Paint, but I did it in the end. I love that tree. LOVE.

I suck at adding motion. I get what's coming to me. Backhands for one and all, DW is an equal opportunity abuser. DW don’t take no sass.
