Time of day: Evening Place: hmm lets go with the clearing for now Spice came into the clearing for the second time. Again in the evening like last time. She looked around and none wheer vissable and she sighed contently. She looked down to the lush green earth underneath her and then up again to the sky. He head tilted all the way up making her mane sway back. Closing her eyes she listened to the wind, with her neck outstrtched upwards she relaxed some more.
It had turned out to be a beautiful day, but she had hoped to meet others, other soquili. To this point she had only met two, but that was pretty good for the last two days. She knew she would met more and so wasnt in a rush. She oppedned her eyes, only moving her head to twitch her ears to listen.

Cadaver had found a fairly large tree amungst his wanderings and had laid down beneath it for a moment to take a rest. He had been wandering all day and run into quite an interesting mix of Soquili, or so it seemed. Laying on his stomach, he peered around the clearing with his pure white eyes.
Though out of the corner of his eye he spotted a glowing aura of someone nearby. Possibly another who was just out wandering at night. He flicked his white and black tail idelly and turned his head away from the glow, not at all that much interested in it as it was probably someone passing by.
But then again, if it approached he might have some sort of interesting time with it. Who knew? Breathing out a hard breath, he rubbed his face against the ground for a moment to get an itch that he couldn't reach. Sighing in a bit of relief once it was gone.

Spices head lowered as her ears piced up not only the sound of movement, but a really hard breathing sound of another. She looked around and soon spotted the black mound on the gound by a large tree.
She observed it from where she stood. It seemed to have white mixed in with it and she decided to get a little closer. Her foot steps fell with a gentleness as she breathe da little deeper to try and get its sent. As she got closer it was most definate that this mound was a soquili. Her milky green eyes looked out and she slowly came to a stop 5 feet away from him.
" Hello. I didnt think any others would be out at this time"
She wispered loudly. She didnt know how he woul react so she didnt want to speak to loudly until she knew.

Cadaver turned his head slightly to look at who it was that approached. Ah, so it had decided to come closer, and it was a mare. What a surprise. He seemed to be running into a few of them since he got to this land. His eyes lidded slightly as he stared at the glowing aura before him. It gave off a soft golden color with just a bit of blue in certain spots. Interesting enough to say the least.
Snorting lightly, he eyed the aura slowly, before he spoke. "Some of us like the darkness....atleast....what darkness there is to see." His tail flicked across the grass that lay behind him as his ears swivled slightly.

" yes it is relaxing isnt it. The darkness has not a care in the world. It watches as soom creatures sleep, and others prowl. It is never truley lonely, and even when we leave this world it meets us in the next. I much prefure the night opposed to the day. "
She smiled to herself thinking about it all. She looked over to the stallion to observe him more. His chest was slashed with white, like bone. His shoulder was interesting with its tools for digging and the number 13. A red band, beads and feathers held his tail tightly in a braid. The white in his mane and tail ended in black. Almost like a playon of light and dark it seemed.
But she got to looking at his face his white brow hung over red outlines. Holding the milk like eyes inside of them. She was curious as to what it was he could see. He was the first blind soquili she had ever met that lived passed the time they where blinded.
" I see that your eyes in them selves have a story to tell. And it is most likely others don't give you credit for them. I wonder what it is exactly, that you can see."
She said in a caring voice. it was not in her nature to judge others before she got to know them and so cared about all thoughs she met. Gently she layed down where she was standing, still 5 feet away from the male.
He body pattern resembled that of blood, soot and snow. Something dark, something warm, and something cold. Her eyes held no puiple, yet she could see perfectly. She had carried many others burddens in her travels, but never once regreated or felt sad. She liked to listen and would never complain, but perhapes that was her flaw. She gazed into the milky eyes of the stallion and tried to see what he could see, but all she could get back was a reflection.

Cadaver continued to look at the mare, no real expression on his face for the moment. "For me, there is no difference between night and day. So either way I'm always in the dark." He gave his braided tail a few flicks untill it settled around his rump and hind leg. Even though he couldn't see her exactly, he got the feeling that this one was another one of those goody types who liked to pry into other's business, from the way she talked.
Giveing a short and hard snort, he stretched his neck slightly, his ears perked forward then swivled back a bit. He wasn't too keen about talking about his eyes, the story as to why they were the way they were was a painfull one for him which brought up a lot of anger and disgust inside of him. "I see everything and yet nothing at all...."

Even though he didnt say it, Spice could sence what he most likely thought of her. She knew he was probably annoyed to an extent about the topic of his eyes and so she didnt bring it up any more.
" Hmm how intreging. I would ask you to enlighten me, but i doubt you wish to. I am new here and i dont wish for others to judge me before they know me. My life has not been filled with the sadness of yours i'm sure. You can only help thoughs who wish to be helped after all"
She said without any hint of frustration or anger. To her all she was doing was speaking her mind, it may had made no sence. Sh etried to be gentle and caring but sometimes she could be abrupt.
" If you do not wish for company on this lovely night i will go else were and leave you be black one."
She smiled, even if he couldnt see it she did. But it wasnt a smile of kindness it was a smile of seriousness, not really a smile at all.

Cadaver raised an white eyebrow, giveing her an almost curious yet dark look at the same time. Intreging? How was it that he was nearly blind intreging? Really now this mare made no sence. To him, it only remminded him every day of what he had lost so long ago. Giveing a snort, he smirked lightly at her little comment. "Why help those who wish to be helped? In the end they'll only turn their backs on you when you need help yourself...." He understood this all to well. Many of times before he lost his site, he had helped others without even thinking about it. But once his life took a total one-eighty, the tides had turned and no one was there to help him.
As she called him black one, he snorted again, yet a bit softer. "I do have a name you know...." His eyebrows furrowed lightly. His name, what a horrid thing it sounded when spoken fully. Though he normally just went by the last part of his name. The name he was given after everything had happened and he had come to this new land.

" I do not care if their not there to help. What ever i do to get myself in trouble is my own fault, not any one elses. If they wish to help then they may."
She snorted a bit still interested in him and what he though. Then she smiled again, still calm and quiet as she was to this point.
" Well perhapes it would had helped if you had given me your name to start with instead of the name i inappropriatly gave to you. " Her ears flickered in delight for the crickets playing their tone. The owls sang along the coarse, as a lone wolf howled breifly in the distance. But mainly she was happy for the company. He probably didnt like having her around but she didnt mind him. He was quit amusing with the way he talked. His entire disposition was interesting.

His eyebrow was still raised as she replied to him, his tail giveing a quick sweep across the grass. Closeing his eyes for a moment, he gave another snort, his ears swiveling around to listen to all the sounds of the night. "And just what happens if you can't get yourself out of trouble without the help of others? What then if they will not help you? Will you just go on with your trouble untill it ultimatly ends up with your death and your body lays out in the hot sun for the birds to pick at while the sun bleaches your bones? Hmmm?"
That slight morbidity of his was starting to come back. He often creeped out others when he talked that way, though a slight dark smirk danced onto his black lips. His ears flattened backwards slightly as she talked about his name. "Cadaver...that's all you need to know..."

She thoughts for a moment. as a breeze tickled inside her ers, lifteing her man and letting it cloat around her for a little bit. Once the wind died down she gave her response.
" Well, we all die some time. Some sooner then others. If that is how i must go then it was ment to be. But i will go knowing i helped others through my life and that thought wil let me die in peace."
She looked over to him as the grin grew a little into a smirk. As he told her his name she lightedly snorted a sigh. A happy one infact.
"Thank you...... most think a name is just something you were not able to choose. But to me it is so much more.... "
She had forgotten the name her mother and fathe rhad given her long ago, but as she came to this land she recieved a new one. By the creature named Isi, it garenteed that she now had a family to be with. Even if King wasnt her biological father, h would be her tre father in the sence of what a father was ment to do.
She had the aroma of foriegn spices and herbs, a sweet smell that would relax and sooth a soul. She of coarse didn't notice it all that much since she was around it all the time. But The two-legged, king, and halloween seemed to notice. Did she really smell all that different?

"Even if no one helps you in return you can die in peace? I don't really see how that's possible. If no one helps you, that feeling can turn to rage and you could rise from the dead to take vengeance out on those who wronged you...."
Her strong smell of spices filtered through his nose. It was a strange smell that he'd never encountered and it entrigued him slightly, made him a bit curious as to where exactly this mare had come from. Probably some place that was littered with wealth, a place where greed took over and kindness for your fellow man had no place. What a delightful place that had to be.

" Even then i will die in peace. I never expect any one to return what i give them, it's how life is. you win some and you lose more but that doesnt matter to me. And i wouldnt take vengence on thoughs who wronged me for what i had to do to make them do so would have to be pretty awful, thus i would deserve whats comming to me."
She thought of her old home. how different it was from here. It wasnt as green and delightful as this place. the nights where deffinatly not filled with as much joy as the nights here.

He smirked lightly and shook his head. "Well, atleast be a good zombie. Flaiming zombies just ruin one's day really..." His smirk darkened as he looked at her, no real emotion in his white eyes. Not like people could read his emotions in his eyes anyways, they had to watch his face or the way he talked to figure that out.
"So, what exactly are you doing out here? You know there are some creatures here that would think you'd make a tasty snakc, especially with that smell of your's."

Spice listened and gave a little laugh as he talked about flamming zombies. His sence of humor was different from others she had met over her life, she rather liked it.
" well i love the night. I prefure it over the day time. The air is cool and clean. Its lighter then day air. The sounds, the feel, everything about the night fils me with joy."
She made a sniffing noise.
" Well at least they wont have to flavore or baste me since that would already be taken care of. And what about you, wouldnt it be the same for you? Well not the smell i mean but why are you out alone at night?"
Of coarse he was a stallion so it might not be the same to him as to her, but just becuase she was a mare didint mean she couldnt hold her own.
