The Cherry Blossom Garden The garden is surrounded by a brick wall that's ten feet high. As you walk through massive double doors, the first thing you see is the fountain in the middle of the garden. As you eyes wonder and you walk along the stone path, your eyes fall upon little gazebos with red roofs for entertaining patrons. Once you get past the shear size of the place, your eyes start to notice the koie ponds and the main attraction, the cherry trees. Several of them dot the landscape and a wonderful aroma fills your nose. By the door, a woman stands to greet you...

Tora was ready to open her garden. After months of planning, it was done! Tora was glad for a place to get away. She walked through the massive doors for the first time and gasped at it's beauty. "Finnaly, a place I can come to and rest." She walked a circle around a cherry tree before placeing her hands on its trunk. "Oh, cherry tree, if only you could give me advice. I'm so alone and afraid," she confessed. She turned her back to it and leaned. She looked through the branches at the sun. It danced off her face and made it look alive and happy. "I just need to get away from it all," she added. "But I can't hide here forever- I know Omny and Shagatsu will come." Tora began to cry. She sat in the grass and cried, really for the first time. The pain and hate came rushing in with every tear that was let out. "How can I forgive them?" she trailed off. Tora opened her black book and began to write, every tear falling onto the paper and messing up the ink.

Ariku walked into the garden in awe. She was amazed that we hadn't had something like this already. So peaceful she thought to herself. Then she noticed Tora. She smiled and was about to say something, but she noticed she was crying and decided to not bother her. She walked to the other side of the tree greeting Tora as she walked by. She also hoped Tora would not be mad at her for coming to see the garden...

Getting away from all of his problems with his family, Nate kept walking and didn't care where we went. He was tired of walking, so he stopped and rested against a tree. then, he suddenly realized his surroundings: a beautiful cherry blossom garden. He likes cherries, but now he likes them even more!! He lays against the tree and pulls out his favorite book, but falls asleep a moment later.

"Hello Ariku-chan," she bowed. "Welcome to my garden," she added smiling.

" Oh, great, another man," she thinks synically. " But, I mustn't be rude." Tora walks over to him and sits on her knees infront of him. She taps him on the shoulder. "Hello?"

Tora's eyes met the new patron's and she felt old feelings flood back into her heart. "No," she told herself, "no more love." Tora looked away and went into a formal bow. "Please forgive me of my rudeness, kind sir, My name is Tora and I'm a geisha and owner of this cherry blossom garden you're in," she smiled. "May I inquire your name?" she asked.

He puts his book away in his sack and jumps to his feet. This is a lot better than Decatur. "Nathanial Musick.", He says with a bow taking off his elfish hat.

Tohru walked into the garden amazed. She felt tears brimming in her eyes as she walked down the path, her eyes fixated on the cherry blossoms. Skipping the gazeboes, she sat under the largest tree she could find. She sat down, hiding herself from anyone else in the park.
She leaned her back against the tree, tears of happiness falling from her eyes. She closed them and let herself be swept back into her childhood. Her Mother and her were walking hand in hand, enjoying the pink blossoms.
Mother...I miss you. Tohru thought hugging her knees.

Tora heard a tiny bell. "If you'll excuse me, I must greet the new commer." Tora bowed and excused herself. She walked along the path, but saw no one. "I could have sworn...," she said. Just then, she heard something on the otherside of the oldest cherry tree. She walked off the path and went to the otherside. "Tohru-chan!" she gasped. "What a pleasure!" She said, hugging her little sister. "Welcome to my garden!"

Before going, she turned to the patron and smiled. "Jasmine it is," she smiled. "If you would, please make yourself at home in that gazebo and I'll be right back with the tea and snacks," she said pointing to a gazebo on the left.

Ariku sighed. She couldn't help remembering her home in France... She staired at the sky remembering everything about it. She missed her family so much. She sighed again.. Her hand reached up to her neck and grasped a ring strung on a silver chain. It had a fairly big emerald on it with pink heart shaped crystals on each of it's four sides. She dropped her head down and thought about all she left behind for what was now at a period of pain and drama for the geisha and maiko. She sat under the cherry blossom tree hoping for something good to finally happen for once in a long while.
(Lol I'm bored... xd )
