OKAY! Just list off which Star Wars race(s) you like...
I have twoooo favorites. Kiffar and Zabrak.
Maul made Zabrak FAMOUS... and then he was cheated and died... PFFT.

I'm such a wet blanket-- my favorite race is human. (>_<)
BUT!! A few alien races caught my eye as being distinctly Star Wars, such as the Twi'leks and the Wookiees. AND OH MY GAWSH, THE EWOKS. <33 If I could interact with any species, it'd be the Ewoks. I'd give them toothbrushes. <3
Other races can get pretty weird, and I like mine plain and simple. ^^

I have 3 favorites:
Chiss (the race Admiral Thrawn is.) I love the whole blue skin red eyes thing.
Ewoks- OMG THEY'RE SO CUTE ( good soldiers in VI)
Mon Calamrians- SQUIDIES!

But they definitly messed up the picture of Vergere on the Starwars main page. It holds no reseblance to the actual NJO book descriptions

The Neti, the best ever.
Especialy for RPing, they live for thousand of years, can realy hide in the forests, and they got all the stat bonus to make a great Jedi Consular.
If you wanted, you could make a character that play in every time period. Mandalorian Wars to the New Republic.
