The design is really cute, though I'd clean it up a bit around the edges. There are parts where the red shading kind of floods into other areas, and I don't know if I like the lighter outline around the feet since they're under the character and shaded.
The other thing I would suggest is not highlighting around the shape or the lines you've drawn, like where the stitches are or around the whole shape of the foot/knee on the right side.
So yeah, basically if you fixed up the shading/highlights, it'd look a lot more awesome!

i like it. the only things, imo, are that the boobs look uneven and the horns aren't exactly centered- the right horn looks closer to the center of the forehead than the left.
