Someone saw my sig on gaia. They laughed at me and called me faerie boi. But I don't really care. Its only when someone started crying that I was "in the closet" that I got a little pissed. I'm curious. I haven't confirmed my sexuality one way or another, and they shouldn't overreact on that. Besides, I'm straight for now, just curious. It bothers me when they say I am gay. Even if I decide I like guys, I'm still going to be bi, not gay. domokun

dont let it get to you. I know its really hard not to, but after a while its easy. Like at a track meet last month this girl on my team knew I was Bi (also the fact of me never kissing the same sex), and she went: "How do you know if your bi if you've never kissed a girl?" If someone ever asks me that again I'm gonna reply: "The same way you knew you liked men/women before you kissed one."
Just dont it bug you that much, people will be doing that no matter what you decied. I mena even if your pro-gay, in the world that we live in you will still be descriminated against.
either that, or tell a gaia mod if it happens again ^^;

ToeboysGurl dont let it get to you. I know its really hard not to, but after a while its easy. Like at a track meet last month this girl on my team knew I was Bi (also the fact of me never kissing the same sex), and she went: "How do you know if your bi if you've never kissed a girl?" Not a day goes by that some ignorant b***h doesn't accuse me of being a devil-worshipper because of my musical tastes. But I just shrug it off, because I don't care about other peoples' opinions. Neither should you. The only person you should care about it yourself.

But I just shrug it off, because I don't care about other peoples' opinions. Neither should you. The only person you should care about it yourself. That's what I'm trying to say! stressed If you're comfortable with your sexuality, they'll ignore you. They only give you s**t because they know you'll make a big deal out of it.

The way I used to deal with things like these was to ask myself if I respected either the person insulting me or their opinion of me. If the answer was no, I'd just let it slide off. You are who you are, don't let other people force you to be something you're not. You know that you're curious, not closeted, so don't let them get to you. It's your opinion of yourself that matters, not theirs.

You are who you are, don't let other people force you to be something you're not. You know that you're curious, not closeted, so don't let them get to you. I'm still closeted, which can be nice because nobody makes fun of it. But it also gets kinda frustrating to listen to people badmouth gays and I have to just try to deal with it, but not reveal what I am.
