Kimi stood at the stream that Rahu had shown her as she took a drink a few hours before the sun sets. She took a sip of the cool water and smiled. The water was cold and relaxing, especially on such a hot day like this. Kimi turned around and began to wander around the plains.

Zira was finally feeling better from her run in with the bear, but her head was still spinning from the feelings she had for Rahu. She made her way to drink from the stream. Without realizing a foal was right near her she drank the water with annoying look on her face.

Kimi spotted a mare at the stream. Other than her family, this is the first mare than Kimi has ever met.
"Hello," said Kimi, enthusiastically. "I am Kimi. Who are you?"

Zira stopped drinking and looked at the foal with a raised brow.
"Greetings....." Zira looked around for the parents of the foal.
Foal's annoyed her easier than Rahu,but seeing no parents she couldnt call on them to get rid of it.
"My name is Zira, are you...lost?"

"No," said Kimi. "I know exactly where I am. I've been here before. Rahu showed me this place."
Kimi dipped her face to the water and took another sip.

"Rahu?How do you know Rahu?" His name always caused curiousty in Zira's mind.
She circled the foal sniffing, the smell was familiar lie someone she had met before, but no quite the same.

"You know Rahu?" asked Kimi. "He's my fri..."'
Kimi remembered that she promised to keep Rahu's friendliness a secret.
"My uh...fri...," said Kimi. She realized nothing she can say will cover this up. "Friend. Rahu is my friend. But I'm not supposed to tell anyone that."
Kimi winked at Zira.

"Who cares," said Kimi, rolling her eyes. "Don't even get me started on my parents. My mother is so controlling and my father is a rambling clueless fool."
Kimi paused and turned to Zira. "What do you mean by 'you know how Rahu gets'?"

"Your sounding more and more like this foal named Sgina that I know. Well Rahu doesnt like it when things arent going his way." Zira laughed abit as she started to walk away abit.

"Did you say Sgina? You know Sgina?" Kimi felt shocked. "Sgina, she's my sister. Or was my sister. Well, I mean, she is my sister, but my mother disowned her. We still haven't seen her."
Kimi bowed down her head and closed her eyes, feeling a small tear shed. Kimi tried to hold back the tear. She lifted her head up and opened her eyes, allowing the tear to fall.
"I miss her a little," said Kimi. "But at the same time, she deserves it. I can't stand being around her. I just hope that...one day, not just yet, but in the future, I'll meet her again. And then, just maybe then, we will actually feel like real sisters."

Zira turned to look at Kimi and frowned slightly wondering what to say.
"I hate to say this, but I dont think she misses her familiy she speaks quite ill of you. Rahu has somewhat taken her in. Though she seems less then happy with that as well. Its amazing to me how evil she is. She hasnt had a hard life and yet her heart is filled with such hatred." Zira thought a moment about Sgina and how different she was from this sister of her's.
"........What kind of mother disowns a foal........one should love their foal no matter how evil." Zira had started to feel like a mother to Sgina wasnt ready to here anything bad about her.

"Well, my mother didn't mean for Sgina to never return," said Kimi. "She was hoping Sgina would return someday. Kimi has been a wickedly evil girl since she was in a basket."
Kimi bowed down her head, begginning to get depressed.

"I see,well time will tell if she is going to care for anyone, it with be for her mother and father. She just needs time to figure things out. Right now she is struggling to understand why she is evil in the first place. Events around her are not helping though. She means what she says and soquilli only laugh at her. That is going to make her more brutal when she is older. Dont worry Kimi, What will happen will happen, maybe in some small way your mother did the right things, though it such savannah like terms of thinking, nothing like normal logic around here."

Kimi noddded.
"Yes, my mother has a savanah instinct," said Kimi. "She's very attached to her family but is also strong and brave. I'm suprised she's able to put up with me. I feel really sorry for her at times."
