Fedha was slowly beginning to lose interest in the pridelands. Or maybe he hadn't been interested in the lands from the beginning, seeing as he thought that they were ugly and barren. Certainly not as nice as his homeland, and he was sure they weren't as nice as other places. His silvery tail flicked as he moved through the grasses, the night sky shinning above. The area was well lit by the millions of stars and large sliver of moon, barely any clouds resided in the sky.
He huffed and his nostrils flared, steam slowly disappearing into the air. It was kind of chilly this night, which was odd.

The orange lioness slowly walked the dirt path that roamed the Pride Lands. Her breathing was heavy and her steps the same. She was pregnant and was due very soon. SHe decided to get herself a drink and head directly back to her mate. Now Azra was regretting it. He could feel pains shoot up her body, it was not long now, perhaps the new day is when they are due.
"Of Athrun, please guide me...." he prayed as he walked as fast as she could to find a place for a quick rest.

Fedha's steps continued as he neared the other's pressence, not noticing her at first. His skin began to prickle, his fur standing on end though. He hated this chilly weather they kept getting during the nights, didn't understand how it could be so hot during the day and freezing cold during the night.
His blue eyes caught sight of the female though, just barely. His lip curled into a sneer, despite the fact that he was a lot smaller than her. He was lanky for a Juvenile though, even a little chubby. His tail gave a slow flicker, his mind reeling. He was sick of these stupid encounters, why did all of these lions roam these lands?
He sighed lightly and continued the path he was going though, headed straight for her. His gaze flicked over her swollen belly. He wasn't stupid, he could figure out what it ment.

The lioness winced in pain, Azra could go no further. She pulled off the path to take a faster route to the watering hole, her eyes shut from pain. It would seem she did not notice the lion that was directly in front of her. She needed some rest, her body could not take the pain no more.
Slowly she laid herself by the waters' edge, breathing heavily. She lapped at the surface in an attempt to cool her body from this strange heat from her belly. Occassional kicks made her wince. "Oh, Athrun." she moaned, placing a paw over her bloated belly.

Fedha was not used to being unnoticed, or ignored. Which ever the case was, it certainly irked him. His walk slowly molded into a stalk as he moved toward her. Who in the stars was Athrun? "No actually, my name is Fedha'Kialio." He said, his tone smart and all-important. His ego certainly grew more and more each day, though it was hard to tell he had such a big head, as these things were on the inside and not on outside appearances.
"Are you alright, lady?" He said slowly, though not in a tone that implied he cared. Around his neck was a long cord, attached to it was a blueish stone and one feather, a large feather that certainly didn't look as if it was from a bird.

Azra shot a glance over at him, not something she'd normally do, perhaps it was her condition. "Can't you see I am pregnant!?" she shouted, angered. Her claws extended into the dirt involunteerily. Azra's eyes widened and recoiled, "Forgive me....I didn't mean to snap at you like that." she apologized as her paw passed over her belly. She wanted the cubs out of her so she cna love them and be rid of this pain.
"My name is Azraceri." she spoke, looking at the lion.

His head tilted a little and his ears flattened against his skull, he slowly sat himself down. He sat in a way which mimiced a female rather than that of a male. It was a more graceful, rigid posture. He would do his mothers proud, if they'd seen him. "Can't you see I am not deaf, nor am I blind?" He shot back in a much quieter tone, but it sounded a little annoyed. Lately it was easy to get Fedha annoyed. He wasn't one for that kind of anger, though. He shrugged his shoulders lightly.
"Well Azraceri, you seem in pain." Well obviously! Why was he pointing out something so obvious? He shifted a little and gazed toward the sky. "It is a pitty, females should not have to bare with their younge like they do." Had his mother felt the same?

Azra smiled and rubbed her belly, feeling a kick from a cub, or was it two...more? "I guess it's a special feeling to give birth to something so precious after so many months of pain." she purred. Her breathing was finally returning to normal when she looked over, "Fedha, may I ask why you are here?" the lioness asked as her eyes looked over him. "And what are you doing up so late?"

He snorted and shifted. What a load of poetic crap! If cubs were really so great than their mothers shouldn't consider them this way just because it hurt to have them grow inside of them. What, was the cub more precious the more pain a female went through before having them? "Fedha'Kialio." He corrected quickly and almost as if he was demanding she use his full name, not a shortened version. His eyes narrowed just a little and he let his eyes wander toward the moon.
"I am here on a quest for knowledge, and I am up so late because those have been bothering me." He didn't mention what 'those' were, but he did mean his visions. They were beginning to trouble him, the ones that he could understand. His eyes flicked back to her. "And what of you Azraceri, why are you here and up so late? Should you not be some where safe with the male who got you into this mess in the first place?" He said slyly. Oh he was the clever one, wasn't he? Games and play did not plague his mind like they did so many others his age.

Azra grinned, "No, you are Fedha. Fedah the lion." she teased, she wasn't going to waste effore to say Kialio. She too stared at the moon, however upon the water's surface. The glass-like surface shown exactly what was above it. Looking down, the lioness could see herself staring back herself.
Her eyes narrowed, "Athrun is waiting for me. And for your information, I was out for something to.....well, it's none of your business, Fedha." she snapped back, scowling. She jumped to her feet and padded over to him, "I suggest that you and "those" don't ever mess with a pregnant female when she is close to due." she finished before wincing in pain falling to her paws. "Aaaaah, Darn it." she moaned out pitifully. She could not believe she is falling before a male that wasn't Athrun. It hurts...so much.... she cried to herself before flopping to her side.

His eyes narrowed dangerously, shortening his name was right up there with ignoring him. He took a deep breath. "I am Fedha'Kialio the lion." He was foolish and stupid, for the reason that he did not fear any mortal, and once he honed his talent he would no longer fear the gods. He would force himself into their ranks, he'd decided in his mind.
He almost decided to ignore her words, if she was to ignore his full name. "None of my business, lady? Yet all of my business is easily yours, since you questioned the same questions." He hissed out quietly, leaning slightly back away from her.
"Nothing is messing with you but your own mind." He rumbled out. Of course, it was a matter of opinion. Fedha was good at getting under other's fur, he simply decided it was only the other lion who made it so, though. If they let him get to them than that was their problem, their weakness.
He winced lightly as she moaned out though, pain was something he didn't like the thought of. And for some reason this female being pregnant reminded him of his mothers. He wasn't sure how much he missed them, it was just that it would be nice to know they were okay.

Azra's pain toned out all of what the lion said from her. She withed in pain, curling up, she cried out again as another surge of pain ran through her. It was so pitiful in the state she was in. "Fedha'kialo, help me!" she cried as she felt a sudden pulse of pain come to her. This was painful, more than the many months she carried them. That was it, this was going to be her last litter if she survived this one.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" she cried out again, hunching over her belly. "OH GOD!" she cried as she winced and panted heavily. If she was in labor, this must be strange for the stranger, if not then actually going into it was going to be much more painful.

His eyes widened and he sprang to his feet, moving away from her and not toward. His ears were pressed against his head, he looked rather afraid. "What? What's going on!" He sounded a little afraid now. Was she having those stupid cubs! "Stop that, you can't have them here.. where's that stupid male of yours?" His words came quickly but he was careful not to let them stumble into one another.
He did not want to be part of this!

Azra moaned in pain and fell to her side, right now she didn't need a panicking male she needed support. Athrun was too far for her to call for and it would take too long to give Fedha directions. She turned to Fedha.
"Fedha'Kialo, please tell me my cubs will be alright." she cried out the last word when another pain hit her. She was desperate she didn't care, she wanted something that would make her feel better, give her a reason to see this through. She didn't care if it was a lie, she needed someone and right now that someone was Fedha. "Please..."

How could he possibly know that? He didn't want to tell her some half assed lie, even is she was a rude female only using his full name because she wanted help! He shut his eyes tight for a moment, trying to calm himself. He began to take slow, rythmic breaths. After a minute he was actually in a dream like state, though he had no clue he could actually do this.
His mind was suddenly clouded with images. Many he didn't understand, it was hard to understand images that ment one thing and looked like something completely different. He wondered if he could ever get something like that right. Night, moon... two moons? He had slowly began to realize that the night was generally held when he 'saw' things about males, which wasn't often... usually his dreams were just day. His breaths were coming harder now, almost as if he was trying to suck life into him, as if he couldn't breath. Obviously this sleeping-awake thing wasn't too good for him, eh?
A barren feild that the moons shown down on, a gust of wind flaring through the grass with no cloud coverage visable in the sky. His body was shaking, his quick breaths had stopped all together but his mouth still hung slightly open. Suddenly realization came into his mind and it seemed to all happen at once.
"Stop it you're killing me!" He screamed out as air suddenly filled his lungs again and his eyes snapped open, he doubled over and began to choke, obviously on his own breath. "Two sons... you shall bare, the breath... of life strong in all three..." He coughed out, the last bit meaning she would stay healthy through it all too. Though his mind was sort of in a daze..
