 In general I wish to keep things violence-free without being overly strict or unreasonable, so please follow the rules and enjoy yourself. The moderators will all try to keep drama out, but you guys have to help us. heart
1. Do not god-mod when roleplaying. This included taking control of other people's hespierdons without their permission. It also means you may not make your Hespierdon some all-powerful god/ruler--no one's perfect.
2. Do not post in other's journals or threads without permission. Most likely the thread will mention who is allowed to post in the thread. If you are not identified as being allowed to post in the thread, do not. Even if you mean well and simply wish to leave a gift or something, if you do not have the permission, then please contact the owner of the thread privately.
3. Do not bump, spam, or post unnecessarily. I'm sure the owner will find time to read your post when he/she checks the thread so please don't post "anyone here?" or similarly incessantly.
4. Do not start OOC chat threads. Chatting is something you can do in the main shop thread so please bring your OOC conversations to there.
5. Do not harrass others. This includes persistantly asking to buy off someone's Hespierdon or asking to breed your Hespierdon with theirs, etc. If you are being harrassed non-stop, please report the issue to a crew member (moderator).
5. Do not ask about growings. Dawnie (or whatever colorist) will get to growings whenever "they feel like it." So do not repeatedly ask about when your pet will grow. RP will increase the chances your Hespierdon will grow sooner, but does not guarantee it.
 Labeling Your Thread(s)
You must label your thread approprately, or else a moderator has the right to delete your thread (all that hard work!). Threads must be labelled as the example below:
[???] Your choice title of thread
The "???" will be substituted by one of the labels below (or more if necessary). Otherwise you may title threads as you wish, just make it somewhat relavent. x3 [INFO] - Information - These sorts of threads may only be created by moderators (DawnieChan or the mule for the most part). They will be informative threads containing from Hespierdon info, owner's list, customs info, etc.
[ATTN] - Announcement - These sorts of threads may only be created by moderators. Many times these will be announcements on upcoming events, event signups, etc.
[DISC] - These may only be made by moderators. They will be temporary discussion threads to get ideas for upcoming events, etc.
[MISC] - Miscellaneous - These threads may only be created by moderators. They may be for fanart, fanfiction, etc.
[SRP] - Special Roleplay - These threads may only be created by moderators. Most of the time they are temporary roleplay threads for a roleplay event (ex. best/most active roleplay-er wins something).
[ORP] - Open Roleplay - These roleplay threads may be created by any Hespierdon owner simply for the sake of roleplaying their Hespierdon. These roleplay threads are open to anyone and everyone to roleplay in.
[PRP] - Private Roleplay - These roleplay threads may be created by any Hespierdon owner for roleplaying privately with a select few other gaians. The thread will mention who has permission to roleplay in the designated thread.
[JRNL] - Journal - These threads may be created any Hespierdon owner. It can be used to create a profile for the owner, the Hespierdon(s) he/she owns, and hold RP records. The owner may designate those with the ability to post in the thread as well.
[QST] - Quest - Questing for a certain pet or cosplay? Well, by making a quest thread in the guild for your desired pet you basically reserve it. For cosplays especially, you must actually be actively questing for it rather than just letting the thread sit and collecting dust or else I will remove the quest and reserve the right to auction or sell off a cosplay of whatever you wanted. You may only quest for ONE Hespierdon at a time. So no hogging all the cosplays or something.
