i was just asking for one anime and one manga title eek ...
how can gundam seed be a favorite if you haven't seen it confused
(my dracohams won, hands down)

I think that my favorite anime to date is either Cowboy Bebop, Mezzo, and Puni Puni Poemi.
As for manga, its all about Hiroaki Samura's "Blade of the Immortal" series. I just love that realism art style and how passionately he works. Truely a peice of art and a good read.

Its AWE INSPIRING!! The art is so beautiful and when you read it, its flows so well its practically like watching a movie. Their are only 2 problems with the US publication. In the making of Blade of the Immortal's US debut, they decided not to flip the panels like most companies but to cut and paste. The only problem is that some of the panels are flipped and some aren't so it gets confusing if your an art shark. The second is that its practically $20 for the manga and about $4 for the monthly issues (Blade f the Immortal mangas come out about twice a year so you won't fall behind anytime soon).

But its worth it. I've got up to the newest issue. Besides, its not like they come out every 2 monthes like most mangas. Twice a year is only $40 compared to the $60 you spend collecting a series. Of course its also a fight between 2 mangas and 6 but yah know. If you have a passion you gottah take it.

but their worth every dime(30 mangas tax not inculded)
