(Odd kinda RP. xD Just searching for places where magick might come from. biggrin Starting out outside Niko'n Blackfell's house, then gonna head into the woods. 3nodding Just ask for anymore info biggrin )
Blackfell shakes himself all over, his feathers fluffing up, little bits of soft, black and pink feather-down flying everywhere. "Mom-Lady, you think they'll come?" He asks Niko anxiously, looking up at her and clacking his beak.
Niko smiles down at the raven-faery, and scratches his neck feathers. "Sure they will, just be patient and wait, sweet."
EDIT: ((More info now xD And yeah, I'm pretty sure about Dul, though she doesn't have to do this if she doesn't want. 3nodding Okay, we are starting outside Nikomas and Blackfell's house(All the other Torren monster-children are either busy, playing, sleeping, etc xD) in a grass clearing. A few feet away the Forest of Sorrows(Borrowed from Mercedes Lackey, for lack of a better name sweatdrop ), a large forest full of trees and magick. The closer to the center a person goes, usually the magick gets stronger, but no one has ever been to the center, or if they have, havn't said anything of it.

Shen walked toward the clearing, smiling at Niko and Blackfell as she approached. Their last meeting wasn't excactly memorable, so she doesn't quite know what to expect from this "trip". She only recieved a short note saying that they are going on some kind of "adventure". Wondering what "adventure" could possibly mean to the pair, she wondered toward them, taking in everything around them. The forest seems strange and unatural, somehow. Shen simply assumed they know their surroundings and decided not to worry.
((my brain's kinda overworked...can't come up with much interesting stuff yet. fogive me. *bows*))

Shen looked thoughtful for a moment.
"Magic doesn't originate from any single place," she told Fell calmly, quite unaffected by his exitment. "As far as I know, anyways. But to think of it, I don't know how it extists..."
"Neither do I know why it still remains," she added, not quite sure what she meant in saying so.
"So, where are we headed?" she continued brightly, quite oblivious of the eerie forest looming just ahead.

"Magic doesn't originate from any single place," she told Fell calmly, quite unaffected by his exitment. "As far as I know, anyways. But to think of it, I don't know how it extists..."

Shen frowned. Now that it was mentioned, she could feel a slight vibration humming thorugh the air, and it seems to have came from the forest. The tingly sensation could mean a great many things, and magic was most certainly a common cause. But there could always be the other possibllities...Shen wanted to laugh at her own paranoidness, but it came out as a scratchy sound. "Ignore that," she muttered to the others.
"Well, shall we get going then? Or are we waiting for someone else?" she said a little too brightly.

Shen hesitated for a moment before following Fell into the dark-green mass looming just ahead. She knew that she'll have misgivings soon enough, but ignored the desire to turn around and run for the moment.
Shen struggled for a moment, trying to find a topic for conversation.
"Nice weather we're having lately, isn't it?" she managed. The weather. She's talking about THE WEATHER. Of all things...this must be the first sign of social stupidity.

"Sparkles...?" Shen looked up into the tree, puzzled. Its just an ordinary tree, there are no sparkles anywhere...Although the tree does have an odd, translucent look. She walked up to the trunk and placed a hand on the rough bark; it feels cool and hard, like marble.

"Look!" Shen said softly, "That's either a nymph or a fairy!"
"oh, and, don't go rushing up to her," Shen warned, "you might agitate her."
