Maiq the Lair, you might remember him as the strange Kajiit on a small island near dagon fel in morrowind.he had some rather odd things to say.
he is bethesdas mysterious answer man. alot of the questions asked in the offical forums such as "is there any dragons in oblivion?" before the release. Maiq answers these with odd answers.
well hes back, in oblivion...thats right he is back. he starts off outside anvil near at the stables then he runs from anvil to the next city to the next city untill he ends up in leyawiin, why? you ask well he is on a quest for calipers, yep he runs around searching for calipers.
when you see him you have to be fast as he has speed and athletics at 100 and he goes really fast. you might need a black horse.
he has some funny things to say, but no you cant offer him calipers lol

haha in morrowind i spent alot of time looking for the two people mentioned by maiq the liar under the subject of "multi player" haha man i was stupid.
in oblivion he is hard to catch he runs alot, i placed a caliper on the ground and he took it and ran away he is still funny.
