First equip some arrows then

For PC
1. equip some arrows
2. hold weapon about to power attack
3. double click the equipted arrows in inventory
4. drop item you want to duplicate

For Xbox360

1.equip some arrows
2. hold weapon about to power attack
3. press A twice over the equipted arrows in inventory
4. drop item you want to duplicate

the amount of how many dolications will be the amount of equiped arrows you have
