Many journey near and far the find what they are searching for. They will be submitted to cold nights, limited food and danger on these journeys. These people are gratefull for the occasional inn or tavern. Though, many of these taverns do not offer safety and warmth, just a room over the head and possibly alcoholic drinks.

There is one place that offers all that one could want for. It is the...
Inn of Wandering Souls.

Located in the Blood forest of East Hankaki, the tavern was designed to accomodate all a traveler's needs.

When one enters, they will find themselves in a well lit hall. Three doors stand before them. The middle will lead them to the lobby. It is meant only for those that wish to stay. The right will lead them to the "bar" room. Or the rest area. This is not a place for people to catch a snooze overnite. One will find old men telling tales and younger men boasting of their heroics. Women will roll their eyes at the men but talk about the fine jewels that they discovered. The third door leads to the offices of the Heads. They are only there to eliminate problems.

For those that stay, their rooms offer a private bathing area, full bed, a small chest, a table and and chair. Lamps are also there and for those that wish to prolong their stay, they can choose of the rooms with closets. Those that stay for a while will go out for days, weeks, or months before returning to their cozy room.

If you find that you have a problem with the bartender's or the waiter/waitresses you may call for Kitha. She is a fair person and will accomodate your wishes.

If there is a problem that the protectors cannot fix, Ancha is the one that will take care of it all. Mixed with Dragon and Giant blood, Ancha is nothing to mess around with.

Again, if you have a problem with the maids, you may call Tierra.

Packtha is the inn's merchant trader. He buys all the stocks and items needed to run the inn. You may bargain with him for food or clothing that you may need on your journey. You may also bargain with him for rare items and information.

Name: Kirra Glareice
Title: The Seducer
Age: 18
Race: Half Demon/Half Elf
Personality: True to her title, she is one of the few women who could make a man believe she was listening to every word he was saying while in the process stealing all the gold he has to his name. But don't call her a 'thief' because it'll make her angrier than you know, and she isn't half so pleasant when angry. When angry, all hell breaks loose, so to speak. The same goes for calling her a common 'whore' because although a seductress she is not a whore. Also true to her elven nature she is gentler at times when you least expect it and has a fondness for nature and the animals that inhabit it. She's not one to start fights without a good reason and out of all her time at the Bar she has only started two fights each which ended very badily for her opponents. She is not to be underestimated for she is stronger than her appearance gives her credit for. Although behind this outer exterior she is very friendly when she wants to be and if your her friend she probably cares about you more than you know. Not a woman to show her softer side.
Appearance: She has longer than shoulder length light violet hair with bangs that reach slightly farther than her eyebrows. She has big dark violet irises and perfectly proportioned facial features. She has slightly pointed ears and medium sized black dragon wings that she hides and never shows. She is 5'6 and weighs only 114 lbs. Usually she wears more clothing than she does in this picture. Picture Yet other than that and that her ears are slightly pointed this is how she looks.


Weapons: She has two medium sized, curved daggers that she hides usually inside her clothes.
Occultus Obscurum[[Hidden Darkness]]=This dagger's blade is pure black while the hilt is silver enlaid with small black gems all along the pommel of the dagger. Inscribed on the blade in silver are runes that not even she knows what they mean. The attacks for this blade usually include the help of shadows and darkness. There is no certain number of attacks. Special abilities: Aligned with the power of Darkness, can reveal someone's deepest nightmares and has a very limited control over the dead.
Everto Lux lucis[[Demon Light]]=This dagger's blade is of shining silver while the hilt is black enlaid with the white shining gems all along the pommel of the dagger. Inscribed on the edges of the blade is runes in black light. This is the opposite of Occultus Obscurum. Special Abilities: Aligned more with the healing aspects of light, bane to the Undead and in special circumstances can bring the Dead back to Life.
These daggers can come together to make a katana which is huge like the bushidos' swords which she herself has never had to use and she has never seen:
Sanctus Everto[[Holy Demon]]= The blade of this sword is a shining black metal that has a silver gleam and its hilt is silver enlaid with gems that look like a shining white but when the light hits it, its a prism of colors. The runes on its blade shine with an ethereal white light. Special Abilities: Stronger than both daggers, its abilities are naturally stronger. In tune with the wielder's thoughts and emotions it can either use the dark powers of death and can be used to attack or it can be used to heal and it works more on more powerful Undead. Also has more control over the dead.


Powers: Since she is half Demoness, she has control over things of the Dark-alignment, her powers are at there peak at night yet she is still powerful during the day so don't underestimate her. She has a limited control over the Dead and can interpret what they are saying most of the time. Also she has powers of telekinesis and telepathy. Also since she is half elven she has healing powers that she usually doesn't use so she doesn't know the full extent of them. Also she has control of certain aspects of nature.

Name: Mattimeous Longbard Levantia - Matthew
Title: The Renegadius Among Elves
Age: 16
Race: Lycanthrope
Personality: Quiet yet friendly, Matthew is much like the little brother everyone has adopted around the Inn. Literally able to roll with the punches, this youth is more than able to hold his own in a bar fight. Ancha once remarked that he was the only boy she'd ever seen flirt with a bawdy fighter's woman, without missing a beat in a fist fight with the man.
Appearance: Picture

~Triangular, tufted ears rest higher than human ears.
~A silky wolvish tail proceeds the youth's tail bone.
~Elvish-styled scale armor and half-skirt, along with a black, sleeveless shirt, and black leather gloves.
Weapons: A black-hilted silversteel longsword, adorned by running wolves across the crossguard. Polished to a careful mirror sheen, the only spectacular thing about the blade is the care that's gone into maintaining it.
A silverwood shortbow, adorned with a black grip and nock rest. The quiver that accompanies the bow is worn at the waist, and is filled with silver-shafted, black arrows, fletched and headed in ebony.

Powers: Inherently through race, Matthew is able to shift between three forms; His "human" form, a bipedal Hybrid of wolf and man, and a full winter wolf. Atop of this, the boy is something of a white magick prodigy, and picks up on healing spells very quickly. Through the processing of this art, he has mastered the Silvera Flame, or Soulfire spell at a staggeringly young age.

It has been raining in this part of the region for days. It's cold and bleaky. Many travelers have extended their stay. Thuderstorms are frequent and there have been a few fires caused by lightening every here and there.

Title: Lady Thakorise de la Courcel de Antoniuus
Age: 116
Race: Vampire
Personality: Sharp and witty, Thakorise is the punch of the party. Literally. She is cold at times and can be quite the bother. Her temper is unpredictable and many will find themselves on the wrong end of her whips.
Appearance: Picture

~ Her left ear is pierced twice and her right ear is pierced thrice.
~ There is a tatoo upon her back. It is that of black spiral waters that stretch to the very corners of her back. There is a blue rose in the center. Blood is running down this rose. Over the entire thing, there is a transparent, faded image of a crying girl with blue tears. It is her.
~ Her eyes are the palest of blues
Weapons: Thakorise walks with three swords. One of them is hidden as the bottom of the sheath. These three swords represent some thing different.
Kerin - Kerin is the hidden sword. Kerin's blade is black. This sword represents darkness and is hardly ever drawn. It's attacks always include some sort of darkness flame. Name of the attacks are Kizu, Ryen and the strongest, Kachino.
Terin - Terin is the sword that is sheathed with the hidden sword Kerin. Terin represents the undead. Terin is also called the "blood-sucking sword". Terin's blade is darkred. Terin can suck blood from weak bodies and stores it. It's attacks include solidifying the blood ithas stored and whipping it out at enemies. Terin is used more than Kerin, but not a lot. Terin's attaks are Ryuuhu, Kameku and Ickhoten.
Hichen - Hichen is also called the "single twin-blade". Hichen can separate into swords Hoku and Joku. Hoku represents love and can only be used to protect. Joku represents hate and cannot be used without complete hatred in the users body. These swords have been out of their Hichen state only twice. There attacks are unknown to their mistress as she has never been abel to remember these circumstances. Because of her limited control over this sword, she has only used it twice.

Of course, because of the limited use of the swords, Thakorise uses water, nails and fangs.

Powers: Thakorise can will water to do as she wishes. Because of her vampiric being, her water is always dark. Her nails/claws are incredibly sharp and she has no qualms about slicing things apart. She can make them hot or cold to increase damage or pain in her attacks. Naturally, this mage can also bite. Her fangs are strong anough to crystallize. Not like diamonds though as she is still a young vampire.

She can also use poisoned whips. This drains her because the poison is actually her blood. this she uses sparingly and it is meant only for the most formidable of foes.

Young vampire, yes. Where did she get the swords? Her past lover, he was strong and left her the swords when he was slain. She has limited control over them so she doesn't really draw them. Doesn't it seem a pain to lug around three heavy swords for no reason? Well, she doesn't keep them on her. She puts them away untill she may have to break something big.

Residents and Visitors

Name: Myra o'danner
Title: alchemist/pharmacist
Age: 37
Race: half elf/ half human
Personality: pessimistic, saracstic, and down right bitter is only the tip of the iceberg when describing myra. she trust no one and nothing. the only think she thinks she can count on is that everyone will screw up. she is however brilliant and if someone could ever manage to actually start a conversation with her they'd quickly realize they were speaking to one of the greatest minds of their generation, but no one ever gets that far.
Appearance: standing at about 5'8" and weighing 135 pounds Myra gives off the constant apperance of some about to colapse of exhaustion, but that's probably because she is someone who might at any second colapse. her green eyes always have dark circles under them, her skin is a bit oilly and too red at the nose. her waist lenght hair is an orange-y ginger mess of curls, people would say it looks like she forgot to brush her after she got out of bed, and they'd be right.
she's slightly under weight for a woman at her height and this just adds to her perpetual look of exhaustion. she almost always wears her long dark green wool jacket. a white shirt, dark brown pants which are tucket into her knee high leather boots.

Weapons: a small hunting knife with a 3 inch blade. a silver one-round per loading, pistol. with detailted engravings of a bird on the ivory handle (similar to the guns used in the early renisance) she has 24 bullets in a small red draw string bag which also containts the gun power for further reloading and maches to light it with.
Powers: she has no magical abilities or supper natural abilties. she is skilled in making medicines, poisons, and many other useful things that alchemic knowlage let's make. since she is an alchemist, she has a vast knowlage what plants are helpful and those that detrimental to people's health. and the latest knowlage of chemistry.

Name: Johannes Ekilde
Title: Transient Wanderer
Age: Seemingly 22
Race: traejiollt (Sacrificed Anchor)
Appearance:Johannes Ekilde
Personality: He locks himself away to protect himself. Selfish and distracted, he doesn't pay much attention to the human condition. Traveling alone has isolated him even further to the point where he is constantly tired and at times barely polite. Most of the time though, he speaks little though he will utter the occasional sentence or two.
Weapons: Only his knife and his own powers
Powers: He was born to never live so long as he drew a breath. In his home country of Ilban, he was born with a gift and a curse. He was born with Iollt, the knowledge and entire workings of the universe residing within his body so being that he could anchor it to the physical world. The price is the constant pain of the human soul and of the world. Though he may draw on the power, he must know what he is doing lest he unbalance the equilibrium.
