Settia walked into the clearing having just come from the desert. She had never seen anything as barren and full of sand as that place. But to her it held it's own beauty. Being wrapped in her thoughts she wasn't aware of a familier soquili rapidly coming from the other direction at her.
Jazz raced into the meadow. The banded bracelets on his legs jingled as he ran. The young stallion was rather cheerful at having gotten new things from Skye. He really did like the blue color. Skye had said that it fit him well. The feathers in his tail ruffled as the wind blew through them.

Dyami nipped at Tori as they raced along. they where heading for the clearing in fun and for no perticualer reason. having a bit of fun, he never realised that his mate and son where ther ein the clearing as they where geting close.
Tori laughed at her father as she nipped back at him. pstill neck and neck as they ran, she hardly noticed that her own brother and mother where in the clearing up ahead.

Jazz continued to prance and gallop about the clearing, making circles and paying no particular attention to anything about him. But the sound of on coming hooves broke his trance and he looked up in time to see his sister and father coming towards him at a rather fast pace. "Watch it you two!" he called as it seemed to him that they hadn't seen him yet.
Settia looked up when she thought she heard he son calling out to someone. Across the clearing was her son, Jazz, and coming out from the woods were her daughter, Tori, and her mate Dyami. They were race and looked to be neck and neck. Jazz was directly in thier path and didn't seem to be moving. "Jazz! Move or they will run you over!" she called as she began to trot over in his direction.

Dyami suddely noticed Jazz and Settia as Jazz had said to watch it. skidding to a halt he laughed at his son as when he stopped he had almsot ran into him still. " its nice seeing you too son." he turned to see settia and beamed a huge smile at her and ran over to her to nuzzle her.
Tori skidded to a halt right when her father did but bumped right into jazz. " sheesh Jazz move next time!." she laughed and nipped at her brother playfully. " its been a while and seems mom is here too." chuckling sh moved a bit out of his way since she had bumped into him.

Settia sighed as both her mate and daughter stopped before running Jazz over. Although that would have been an interesting sight, she thought and chuckled to herself. The red mare beamed a huge smile as Dyami came running over to her. "Long time and no see...again." she said chuckling and nuzzled him back. "How have you been? How have all of you been?" she asked them all.
Jazz chuckled and nipped back at his sister. "I knew you wouldn't run into me on purpose." he said and flashed her a wide grin. "Besides, I don't think you could have possibly run me over. I'm bigger than you are." the red stallion said teasingly.

Dyami chuckled nad nuzzled Settia again. " yes it has been long and atlest Tori and i been fine. what about you my love?" he was so happy to see Settia once more as he had missed her alot. prancing about her like a goof, he could not contain how happy he was.
Tori smirked at her brother. " true enough but remeber i would have found a way to run your big butt down." giving a laugh, it had been a while since she had saw any of her brothers. she found it was nice to see jazz though the two always teased each other.

Settia chuckled as Dyami pranced about her like he was a young stallion again. "I am doing well. I am glad to see you both are do well also." The red mare had also greatly missed her mate. "You'll never guess where I have been! It's the most amazing place I have been yet." she said excitedly and then blushed as her sudden outbrust.
Jazz pretended to sulk at his sisters comment. "So you think I'm fat huh?" he said and turned his head. "I see how it is. Always pick on the fat one."

Dyami chuckled and stopped to nuzzle his mate again. “oh really now, do tell more of your adventure!" grinning he did not mind at all if she told him about what she had been up to. In fact he wanted to hear about it as it seemed from her outburst it had been a fun one.
Tori gave a laugh and nipped at him. “How could you ever be fat Jazz! And I know for a fact your playing with me there. So what have you been up to?" she nibbled on his mane after she asked as she always loved to nibble on his mane even as a foal.

Settia nuzzled Dyami in return and also gave a chuckle. "It really was an adventure." she began. "One night I was out walking and thinking when I ran into a white and black striped mare. She introduced herself as Randee and her mountain lion friend as Leah." the red mare continued getting all excited and acting like a young filly again.
Jazz laughed again and swished his tail as his sister nibbled on his mane. "You got me! I really don't think I could be fat either. It would annoy me too much because I would feel slow. But on a side note, I haven't been up to much. I ran into Sundance briefly a while back and met a mare named Tally briefly. But that's about it really." the red stallion said and gave a slight shrug. "What have you been up to sis?"

Dyami chuckled as he saw Settia acting all young again. " quite interesting and i hope that mountianlion was under control." nibbling on her mane, he listened to her adventure and was more than happy to once again be with her.
Tori swished her tail about and contiuned to nibble as she listened to her brother. " seems liek you been up to nothing really brother. as for me i have not been up to much ecept exploring and have met a cute stallion named Oath when i did. " she gave a small giggle at thinking of Oath.

Settia laughed and nuzzled her mate. "She was really nice actually. But I got to talking with Randee about different things and she said something about a place covered in sand, she called it a desert. She said we weren't that far from it and so she took me there to see her desert." the red mare said in almost one breath. "It was beautiful, Dyami. I have never seen anything like it!"
Jazz grinned at the giggled his sister had just made. "It's true that I have been up to nothing. But was that a giggle I just heard, dear sister?" he said teasing and siwhsed his tail, ruffling the feathers in it.

Dyami laughed and nuzzled her back. " seems to me you had alot of fun with me. and the desert is a amasing place though i wandered by there only once when i was younger." he gave another laugh and nuzzled her again truely happy.
Tori grinned at her brother. " nothign you would need to know dear brother." chuckling she contiuned to to nibble on his mane as a show of affectio in her own way.

Settia also laughed. "It was tons of fun. I had never before been to the desert. I didn't know you were there once either." the red mare said to her mate. "What was your impression of it?"
"Oh! Come on, Tori! You can tell me!" Jazz persisted now that his curiosity was getting the better of him.

Dyami chuckled. " its a bit too dry for my liking but the desert is interesting." nibbling on her mane, he wondered what else his mate had been up to. " so besides your desert adventure what else have you done?"
Tori nipped at Jazz lightly. " no never! you will have to force it out!." she chuckled and grinned at Jazz, daring him to try and force her to tell.
