I'm so comfused about DBGT. It says he was taken away from us...yet he comes back in the movie and talks to Goku jr.
Does anybody know for sure if he's dead or not?

I believe he became some sort of God. A higher being. XP Or just a plain ghost.

The narrator isn't too clear about it either. XP

Narrator: Goku has brought happiness to us. He is full of joy but always so careless. (Flashback DBZ) Goku: "Hi!" He is gentle with a good heart. This is the Goku that everyone likes. At this point, the story of DragonBall has ended.

Ah well, atleast we know where ever he went, he's happy ^^

Goku Jr. is Pan's grandson. He looks exactly like Goku and in the movie he wants to find a dragonball to cure Pan (she had an heart attack in the movie).

Goku jr. is Goku's great great grandson. 3nodding . I love that movie. Goku jr. has DARK blue eyes. eek . He's also a wimp and doesn't like to fight people. But that changes. IT BETTER! scream

I HAD A BRAIN FART! I started posting in another thread and put the peices of the puzzle together. Here's what I think

Goku dies just like anyone else. Belive it or not, the greatest hero of all time does die. In the GT movie, his spirit returns to encourahe Goku Jr not him. At the end of GT Goku leaves with Shenron to train and later dies of old age just like the others.

i think Goku isn't dead, he is the protector of the dragonballz,
and shenron granted him eternal life. thats what i think.
