[Yeah, uh. Please don't post unless you're Persephone or Sieg's trainer. <<;]
It was silent, just as she preferred.
With a sigh, the Cloveon laid down beneath the shade of a large apple tree, head resting upon her paw.
Gaze resting on the ground below her, she thought about various things -
The human that'd found and rescued here . . .
The humans she'd been introduced to the evening before . . .
. . . And the past that she wanted nothing more to forget.

Tounge flickering in and out, a long, coiled form watches the form from the cover of a bush.
Turning his head to the decide to get a better look at the female, he decides that the creature is not an immediate threat.
Cautiously, he slides over to the water pooled at the base of the tree, attempting to remain unseen (difficult for his long, white body).

Her head lifted as she heard what sounded like the faint rustle of grass. She looked about, azure-coloured eyes seeking out the disturber of her haven . . . and then she saw him.
The long, white and red form was sliding towards her, and just one look at the other pokemon's fangs sent her jumping onto her feet.

Freezing at the sudden movement, the fanged pokemon shrunk into himself, attempting to make himself appear larger. Curling his dangerous tail in front of him, he tensed and hissed, I have no conflict with you, creature.

Silence responded to the other's words, even as the Cloveon's eyes landed on the all-too-familiar mark upon the other's form. The blackness of the symbol stood out upon the Seviper's near pure-white colouring.
No. She thought, a panic beginning to rise in her chest as she took a step back, ears flattening against her skull as her lips curled back to reveal sharp teeth - a weak attempt at looking frightful.
No!
Her breath hitched a little, the panic threatening to overwhelm her along with the memories. She shook her head, the leaves upon it flying up before resettling and covering an eye.
For a brief moment, she couldn't help but wonder where that - her - human was . . . and why the other wasn't there to help protect her.
Protect her from . . .
". . . I don't want to go back!"

Silenced by the sudden outburst, the seviper surpressed an urge to ignore the obviously insane creature.
Scoffing at the pathetic show put on by the other, he slowly uncoiled himself.
I have no intention of taking such a noisy creature as you anywhere.

She refused to be fooled, and continued to face the other with what she thought to be a fierce look. Such possible fierceness didn't reach her eyes though - eyes that were filled with a sense of fear and dread.
"I . . . I'm not noisy, and . . . I refuse to let you think you can get away with lying to me . . ." Her gaze flickered to the symbol marking him once more, "I know that you're from there . . . and probably here to take me back to them."
She shuddered.

Beginning to become annoyed with the situation, he glares at the offending creature. For not being noisy, you're certainly making quite a racket... I suggest you stifle it, unless you would rather attract "unwanted" attention.
Giving the creature sufficient space, he resumes moving toward the apple tree's base.

She looked over her shoulder to watch the retreating pokemon, confusion gradually replacing the fear in her eyes.
Isn't he . . . one of them? He has the mark, after all . . .
Her eyes closed, and she shuddered slightly, taking in a deep breath and exhaling to relieve the tension in her form.
The memories faded back to their place within the back of her mind; for now, that is.

Thankful for some final peace and quiet, he dips his mouth into the pool of water.
Satisfied, he wanders over to a sunny patch of ground, and curls up on it. Sighing at the cloveon, he flicks his tounge out calmly So, why are you so paranoid? Had a nice vacation at the place on the rocks, I take it?
