You know i never got to understand what happened to his leg and why he has to use a cane, all i know is that most of the muscle on the upperpart is gone. WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM

He had in infarction in his thigh. Like he told the patient in the first episode, "When it's in the heart, it's a heart attack, in the lung a pulmonary embolism." In the thigh... an infarction. Basically, a blood clot. The clot cut off circulation which caused muscle death, which could have killed him when they removed the clot, so Stacy, while he was in medically induced coma, went for a middleground where they just removed the dead muscle tissue. So much of it was removed that he lost a lot of functionality in his leg, so he uses a cane... and vicodin.
BTW--love your avi... the dragons are awesome.
