It's about time my local arcade got a DDR Supernova machine. Mint told me that the pads sucked. Probably because they're new. Hopefully when I play there I won't have the same problems Mint did. I'm just glad we got a machine. sweatdrop

Wtf doesn't Supernova arcade machines already come with previous mix's in it already? If it didn't it would only be like 100 songs lol or less?
Let's Groove Isn't in it from what I heard sad

Running Riot Capitalist Wtf doesn't Supernova arcade machines already come with previous mix's in it already? If it didn't it would only be like 100 songs lol or less? Let's Groove Isn't in it from what I heard sad If they included every single song, you'd have a good 600-700 songs to scroll through. Not to mention there's a little thing called "running out of disc space".

btw, ye Oreganoians/Washingtonians, tourney in Tacoma on Sept. 23rd at Narrows, 5th mix.

supernova is a fun machine.
when they say that the pad sucks, they mean: "im used to DDR extreme timing and ITG-timing, and if its not the same.. i suck on it".
i noticed that and alot of others too.
ive been playing alot of ITG, mainly because it saves me in travelcosts.
but when i play on the SN, i first pick some easier songs ( 5 or 6 rated songs ) to get the timing. and ussually after 1 game, i got the right feeling and i can get nice scores.
and i really should go again, i really want to try healing-D-Vision.
no one ever played over here as far as i know, though a few of us are actually trying to clear Fascination Maxx, and they can get about 30+ seconds.. WITHOUT using the bar at all!

Tomorrow my parents are taking us on a four hour road trip to the nearest Supernova machine. We're staying in the hotel that has it for 2 nights. It's going to be ******** awesome. gonk heart

Why the hell would you go play Supernova so you can play an older song? :/ I've repeated this a thousand times, but someone play Moon and Nijiiro and tell me how good/bad they ended up.

It's a little silly touristy faux-German town. Still looks like a lot of fun anyway. 5 pools... SN... ahh. biggrin I wouldn't mind giving Healing-D-Vision a shot, but I doubt I could make it 10 seconds into FM. XD
