talk to us!__.

Have something to say? Something to ask? Want to quiz us on our knowledge of wedding customs in Uzbekistan? Just post in here, and Cere and I will attempt to answer it to be best of our abilities!

...Though Ceres cannot promise that she'll know what the wedding customs in Usbekistan are, and chances are that if you ask her anything she doesn't know, she'll simply make it up.

How much wood could a wood-chuck chuck if a wood-chuck could chuck wood?
PostPosted: Sun May 15, 2005 11:41 am

This question is perplexing primarily because wood chucks, of course, are not uniform -- it really depends on the season (a woodchuck would be more active in spring than winter, for example) and metabolism of any individual woodchuck.

Provided that woodchucks chuck no wood on February second, in observance of ground hog day, a wood chuck could chuck two to eleven pounds of wood, if a woodchuck could chuck its own weight.

Why is the sky blue? XDD
PostPosted: Wed May 18, 2005 2:12 pm

The sky is blue because the way the sun hits our wonderfull earth. The atmosphere slows down the light waves making them have the speed of a blue wavelength. That is why the sky is blue.

Actually, woodchucks don't chuck wood. At all.

The sky is blue because when light travels through a prism, such as droplets of water in the atmosphere, the color of light are seperated into it's different colors. The longer wavelengths, such as red, orange, and yellow, are not affected much by the air. But the shorter wavelenghts, such as blue, are absorbed, then radiated in all directions, and scattering about the sky until it reaches you. And that, class, is why the sky appears to be blue. Now get your asses out to recess before I give you all detentions. D:<

Well chai, -pics up little chai and bounces her on his knee-, when two people, a mommy and a daddy, love eachother they call the stork, a beautifull tall bird with an emensly large wing span of up to nearly nine and three-fourths feet long, and tell him that they have had a mature conversation and weighed the pros and cons of childraising and have come to the conclution that they believe they are ready to care for a child. Then, normally around nine months later, the stork arrives with their baby. That's where babies come from. :D

Your toes smell because there are over 250,000 sweatglands on each of your feet that create over a pint of sweat a day for each foot. The smell is caused by bacteria on your feet that eats the sweat and excretes waste that smells bad. So it's the waste from the sweat-eating bacteria on your feet that are creating the stank. xD

Or you are putting your feet in something else that smells bad. xDD
