Karael's former guardian and the mother of the family, the grandmother of Evie. She is essentially the head of the household in many ways, mostly because she has been in the house and with the various beings the longest. About 5'4" and 130 pounds when not pregnant, she is usually quite friendly and cheerful. Her long, light brown hair is normally braided or otherwise tied back, away from her face, and while she doesn't have any overt magical or otherwise unusual talents, she does seem to be have an uncanny knowledge of what people are thinking...
Aiodhan Layden
The 'man' of the household and father of the family, including Karael, which makes him the grandfather of the baby. He is Amyla's mate and the father of Caleb, their one and only biological child. Half man, half dragon, after a labratory mix-up during a bone marrow transplant, he spent years hating himself and what he had become. He has come to terms with it now, and though his body still aches at times, he has come to like having wings, a tail, and dragon legs. He has permanently tousled brown hair, gray eyes, pointed ears, and a distinct protective vibe.
Stephen Caleb Layden
Amyla and Aiodhan's biological son and one of only two male children in the house. He is part dragon, part white tiger, and mostly human. He has tiger ears, dragon wings, a tiger tail, messy brown hair, and big, big blue eyes. He likes to chew, bite, and play with Kayce. Beware his few sharp teeth!
Nieva
An adult monoceros, or unicorn anthro, that Amyla adopted as a baby. She is about four feet tall with an anthro equine body covered in dark brown hair, her tuft-tipped tail and extremities shading to a darker brown, almost black hue. The hair on her head is long and darker brown as well, and her eyes and the single horn protruding from her head are blue. She is quiet, patient, and very sweet-natured. She shares the basement apartment with Kari, Evie, and now Jonas.
Kayce
A fae child that is Amyla's ward, part of Project 030. She is fairly aloof towards most members of the family, though she very much likes Kari and Caleb. She is learning swordsmanship and is a talented athlete. She is blue-eyed, brown-haired, and fairly slender and graceful, though she packs a punch when she hits.
Erin
A mysterious toddler that showed up on Amyla and Aiodhan's doorstep. She is blonde-haired, brown-eyed, and fluffy-tailed. She is quite the sadistic little monster, and while she can be superficially nice and sweet and sociable, her innocent face hides a perverted meanness, a sick pleasure in other's pain. She is often caught pulling wings off flies and should be avoided at all costs.
Aryana Meline
Amyla and Aiodhan's second child, Yana is now hitting her teenage stage. She is generally gentle in nature and loves working with children, especially disabled ones like herself. She is completely deaf and is deciding whether or not to go with a surgery that might restore her hearing. She tends to be more independent in nature on occasion, disappearing overnight to go visit her close friends, most of whom are male. She is fairly tall, dwarfing her mother by several inches.
Dageus
Dageus is a wolverine anthro that Aiodhan adopted from the Fourth Wall Center. He is a child and very wild, loving to wrestle with trees and play with his toy cars. He is also a bit on the dramatic side, having a rather odd obsession with Shakespeare's plays. Let's just hope he avoids the poetry.
Tanith
Tanith was born in war-torn country far, far away. After a brief portal trip, she was adopted into Amyla and Aiodhan's family. She is a very small, red-haired ten-year-old with a nasty temper and nightmare-ridden sleep cycles. Kari gets along with her well, but Evie tends to avoid her.
Lex and Donnie
Lex and Donnie are the youngest children in the giant family, the recently-born twin daughters of Amyla and Aiodhan, with meerkat and morrigan crow added into the already-strange DNA mix. They are both mildly high maintenance and very active. Lex is prone to making noise whilst Donnie likes to hoard shinies.

Danny Martin
Evie met Danny at a playplace. While he wasn't old enough to really converse with her, she found him quite amusing.
Raj and Rian
Raj and Rian were an odd male couple Kari met some time ago at a nutrition store. They were interesting, and Kari was amused at being able to educate them.
Sisca Bloodworth
Kari was not quite sure what to make of Sisca, though Evie had no problem with introducing herself and saying hello.
Kat Martin
Kari met Kat only briefly but was impressed with the other woman's cheerfulness... and patience.
