Blech, Coke.

Man. I miss pop SOO MUCH. I decided a few months ago that I would get healthy by exercizing more, eating a LOT less, and cutting back on pop/stop drinking it all together. It's been really hard. I've taken a few swigs of Sprite here and there...but that was when I couldn't take it. sad I think the last time I had Pepsi--my drink of choice--was on July 4th. Not long, I know...but when you're addicted to sugar and caffeine, that feels like an eternity.

gonk

I honestly don't taste much of a difference between Coke and Pepsi. sweatdrop
I drink whatever my mom buys.
Or when I go to a restaurant and I ask for Coke but they only have Pepsi, I'll take Pepsi. I'm not picky. [But I always get iced tea or lemonade when I go to restuarants.]
Then again, my mouthwash is ******** with my tastebuds sooo... Don't mind me. emo

Soda is alcohol for the younger generation.
That, and bubble tea.
I love tea. In general. Oh! And coffee! heart That probably explains why I'm so short. Everyone towers over me. ._.;;; -is a measly 5'2"-

I never got the chance to taste Bubble Tea this summer. I wanted to! So badly! They look...so amazingly adorable! I would see these cute and tiny asian kids/people walking around sipping their Bubble Tea and I' be like "I gotta have dat . I'll look as cool as them!I. MUST. GET.ONE.IMMEDIATELY!"
I'm going to Chinatown this week. So I think I'll get myself one. 3nodding

Chinatown over here is tiny compared to New York's. talk2hand
I've been to Chinatown in NYC 2 years ago and it was the best experience evarr. That's why there's a lot of people, like a gazillion on one sidewalk. Over here, there isn't much, I find.

It's nice and all but in some parts it smells like trash. D':
I had green tea in a Chinatown restaurant. I had to sit on the floor.
It was aweome. heart
I went with my extended family [uncle, aunt, two cousins] and vendors were selling movies that haven't yet been released on DVD. My cousin's like, "Let me just buy X-Men 2. Hold on, hold on."
And I'm telling him, "Don't waste your money, Leo. Really, they're going to rip you oooooff."
But, of course, no one listens to me.
When we went back home, he popped it into the DVD player and what do you know! It has the same crap quality as it would when someone takes a camcorder inside a theatre and records it right off of the ******** screen!
It wasn't even recorded right! The least you could do is make sure the camera's not tilted... D:<
Of course, I rubbed it in his face. :'D

What is this "bubble tea" you people speak of? I'm, unfortunately, stuck in the cultural backwater known as southern Ohio right now...so I'm not entirely sure if I've ever even seen that.

Bubble tea is sort of like a smoothie. [Made of tea!]
And on the bottom, there are these things called "pearls."
They're made of tapioca and rolled up and dried into little balls.
And they lie on the bottom.
You're supposed to suck them up with the straw. [It comes with an extra thick straw specially "designed" for that.]

Wikipedia explains it better. 8D

It comes in so many awesome flavors, too. heart

Those LOOK tasty, but they don't sound tasty. I am not a fan of tea--never have been--so a tea smoothie sounds like yuck. xp

I only like tea when it's sweetened [like they do it at Starbucks, but I don't go there often mm yum I like the green tea lemonade :3] or when I'm sick.

I just think it tates gross. I've not had hot tea, but all of the cold teas that I've drank--even green tea--tasted like a** to me. I'd rather have a nice, piping hot, bitter cup of black coffee. Yum.
