News- Competition extended till end of September because of building the directory.
Welcome to Angel's Profile Awards. I've been in webdesign for along time and I have really enjoyed seeing Gaia give CSS ability to its users. I've seen some really great profiles and I hope this contest and awards will encourage people to explore webdesign more.

About Contest
There is no entry fee. The prizes I give are from my own pocket and for others enjoyment. To join, read the rules and fill out a form. There will a contest once a month. At the end of the year I'll have a big event with several prizes for the best profiles for each category.
Your profile will stay on the list if you add it and will be able to win prizes. The only thing that will make me take you off the list is, if your profile doesn't work anymore, you've won already with that theme, or you request it.
Read through all the rules before filling out a form. You can win several times. Just remember that each theme can win only once. That means you can't have the same theme you made win twice.
Don't think your profile is good enough? Try looking at our rating area. Get some help from me or other users in the thread. We're here to help you not tell you what you are doing wrong. Just give tips for you.
Donations and gifts are appreciated. But definately not reqired. I will work every month to come up with new prizes be it items or gold. Any help offered will sure be thanked and acknowledged.
Please have fun and enjoy the contest. The prizes won't be the only thing you get you'll also receive a award image that you can put in your profile or wherever you want. Good luck!

Rules
1. All profiles that want to be in the competition must fill out the form below.
2. There is no standard your profile has to have. Except for rule 3
3. It must be made by you. Can't be a premade profile. (no tektek)
4. You can enter each month.
5. You can win more then once.
6. Your entry must be a different theme to win again. (You can't win with the same profile theme)
You will be removed from the list if your profile:
a) Doesn't work anymore
b) Has been set to default
c) Has outdated information
d) You request its removal
e) Your theme has already won

This is the rating area. You have all month to get your profile looking good for the competition.
It you want Angel to rate you, here is how I rate.
1 to 10
10 the best
1 needs a lot of work
Originality: How original is your design? I will rate on if how out there your profile is. Its it something new and exciting?
Accessablity: I don't mind if Opera or Netscape can't see you very well but at least needs to be good looking in firefox and IE.
Coding: Is it correct? Complicated? Did it yourself?
Image quality: Fuzziness? Pixelated? Crisp? Sharp? I'll try to help you.
Layout: Colors, positioning, and theme.
Rules:
I rate on personal experience with sites.
I won't rate destructively.
I will give you tips on how to fix problems or make it more comfortable.
If you don't want me to rate any of the above subjects just let me know.
Example: "Angel, would you rate me on my Layout but not my image quality?"
