Heh...how about a maltese liger? (ie. a liger which is half maltese tiger instead of half bengal tiger, probably wouldnt be listed most places cause maltese tigers are extremely rare, if not extinct, and a liger is a lion/ tiger hybrid that grows to absolutely enormous proportions)

For example, there can be an arctic wolf and a timber wolf, but there can't be two timber wolves. And only three tops of one type of animal are allowed. So, only three foxes can be on the island - and only two can be the same gender. :3

Its just that if anyone managed to capture a maltese tiger they'd probably be more interested in breeding more maltese tigers, rather than a maltese liger, which has about a 50% chance of being sterile, and so being of no use to continuing the species (plus they'd be in all likelyhood much more interested in only pureblooded maltese tigers rather than hybrids, no matter how huge the hybrids would get)
