a monster in FFIV? yes it is.
i've been playing FF4 recently and discovered that cait sith is a monster in it, on the island containing the town of mythril.
i love figuring out what parts of FF are connected to the other games. and this one was new to
anyone know of other not well known connections?

As far as cait sith is concerned, he wasnt real. Just a robot, which would explain the usage of a monster of a previous game. At least, I think so 3nodding

Wow! I never knew that! In FF9 there's a reference to Cloud in weapon shop! In FF Tactics, you can create a Cloud character! Then of course, there's the ever so popular Biggs and Wedge, who are pilots in star wars, and re-occuring characters in the FF series. And the Name Cid is used in every FF!

In FFX for the PS2, Lulu has a weopon called the 'Blinding Cait Sith'....

Hey! Cait Sith in FFVII is a robot made by a scientist from the shin-ra lab named Reeve. He used cait sith to infiltrate avalanche but later decided to turn against shin-ra and use cait sith to help avalanche. although, avalanche did not want cait sith at first Reeve convinced them. Also, in the FFVII game you meet cait sith as a fortune teller at a casino. plus you see him and reeve in dirge of cerberus.

Cervantus Da Leanordo He is also scotish xp if you have ever played dirg of cerberus or watched advent children you'd know that but i don't understand why! It never makes a reference in the game to the accent, at least from what i can remember, which i don't remember a lot, so that's ok.... anyway, i digress! i know in tactics you can go on a side quest and get cloud strife to be a part of your party, i never did find him though.......man that was a sweet game
