:Maddox House:
As you walk up the street, you happen upon a large, two story, grey, brick house. In front of the house is a waist high, wrought iron fence; which surrounds a lush green yard with an assortment of flowers lining the pathway to the front stoop, as well as the front edge of the house. The face of the house features a large rectangular window, directly in the center of the second floor; below it, on the first floor, is a big black door with silver hardware, it has a mail slot near the bottom with the house number above it and the name ‘Maddox’ below. There are also smaller rectangular windows scattered evenly across the bottom floor, on either side of the door.
:Foyer:
When first you enter the front door you walk into an open room with walls deep purple in color, you look to your right and see a wrought iron spiral staircase, which leads up to Lena’s room, and on the far side of it is the door to the kitchen. To your left is the vast open doorway of the living room, which has heavy, black curtains framing it that may be pulled closed for privacy. Directly in front of you, on the back wall of the room, is the door to Michael’s bedroom; on that same wall, in the opposite corner of the room is the door to Isabella’s bedroom. Between Isabella's room and the kitchen is another door which leads to Faelynn's room.
{that is just a little outline of the layout of the house, since I feel it's a little easier to understand that way}
:Living Room:
As you enter the room, which has dark hardwood floors, and green and black damask printed walls, the first thing that you see is a large flat screen television hanging from the wall opposite the doorway. In front of the television is a big black couch. Between the couch and the television is a long coffee table with assorted magazines spread out across it, and a basket underneath it which holds all the assorted remotes and controllers. You look to your right, and you see a beautiful, black, grand piano. In the far corner of the room, hidden behind a heavy black curtain is a sliding glass door that leads out to the back yard.
:Back Yard:
As you walk through the sliding glass door, you step into a spacious fenced in yard. A path of stepping stones leads from the door, branching off in different directions, leading to different parts of the yard. When you first step out the door, there is a gate that leads out of the back yard, beside it is a small storage building. If you continue farther along the stone path you'll seem, sitting against the fence on the right side of the yard, there is a large stone bench. Two vine plants grown on either side of the bench, the vines climbing up the fence behind them. In the far right corner of the yard, there is a somewhat large, stone swimming pool, with a waterfall built up against the farthest corner of the fence. In the left back corner of the yard, sits a large tree, with a swing, made of a single board, hanging from one of it's branches.
:Kitchen:
As you pass through the door behind the stairs, you step into a small room, with a grey tile floor and bare black walls. In the center of the room, there is a small, square, metal table with matching chairs on each side of it. In the back right corner of the room there is a set of doors that when opened reveal a pantry, stocked full with canned goods and the like. The rest of the back wall of the room is lined with appliances; there is a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, with counter space in between each one. If you look to your left you’ll see another set of doors that when opened reveal a washer and drier. The rest of the left side of the room is lined with counter space; on the counter there is a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Above the counters, there are cabinets, filled with dishes, lining the left and back walls of the room.
:Lena’s Room:
When you ascend the wrought iron staircase, you end up in a small, empty, dimly lit room with a bright purple door; which is the entrance to Lena’s room. The walls of the room are dark purple in color with black pinstripes, and the floor is covered in fluffy, black, carpet. As you enter the room the main point of focus is the large rectangular window which is framed by sheer, dark purple curtains; and the large, black, metal, four poster bed that sits in front of it. The bed is covered in plush, black, blankets and pillows; and on either side of it are matching bedside tables. At the foot of the bed there is a large, worn, black leather trunk. In the right back corner of the room there is a beautiful black piano with stacks of paper sitting on top of it. A few feet away from the piano, there is a large flatscreen televisions on a swivel mount so that it can face any which way. In the back left corner is a large desk with a small lamp sitting on one side of it, on the other side are containers with every color of marker, crayon, and pencil you could imagine, and a small pile of books placed neatly in the center of the desk. Placed directly in the center of the room are two plush velvet couches purple in color that are facing each other with a long black coffee table with silver stars painted all over it setting between them, and two large plush chairs made to match the couches placed at either end of the table. Up against the left wall of the room, several feet away from the desk, there is a big black wardrobe with large mirrors covering the doors. Right next to the wardrobe there is a wooden door that is painted black, it leads to the bathroom.
:Michael’s Room:
As you enter the room, the first thing you notice are the colors, the ceiling is painted black and has a small light directly in the middle, and the walls are painted in a gradient that starts with black at the top and fades to red; and the floor is covered in plush black carpet. The walls of the room were mostly bare, except for a large cork board on the wall above the drawing table which had pictures and scraps of paper tacked up all over it, and a few band posters scattered about the room. The next thing you see is a very large drawing table that sits near the middle of the back wall, it has a lamp clamped to one corner of it and along the back edge of it sit containers of markers, pencils, and a paint set. A few feet to the right of the drawing table, against the back wall, is a small desk, sitting on the desk is a very nice desktop computer. You look to the left corner in the back of the room, and see a bed, with burgundy sheets and pillows, and a black comforter. There is a large black trunk at the end of the bed that it covered in random writing and stickers, and a laptop computer sitting on top of it. In the right back corner of the room you see a television suspended from the ceiling. Directly to your right are black doors, a few feet apart from each other, the one closest to the corner leads to the closet, and the other is to the bathroom. Between the two doors, there is a large black dresser with little silver skulls for knobs. The top of the dresser is covered in action figures and comic books. Placed a couple feet from the entrance to the room against the front wall, there is a plush couch, of black velvet. Leaning against it is an acoustic guitar that still shines like the day it was made.
:Isabella’s Room:
As you pass through the door you enter a room with grey cement floors, which are partially covered by a large, black and white, leopard print area rug. The walls are black, with three stripes of white painted around the top and bottom borders of the room. The main focus of the right side of the room is a long, sheer, grey curtain that hangs from ceiling to floor. Behind the curtain is a large bed with blankets and pillows in the same leopard print as the rug, and two tables placed at either end of the bed. Against the opposite wall is a desk, on which sits a very nice desktop computer with a flat screen monitor. The center of the back wall features a large bookshelf, on either side of it are doors; one of which leads to the bathroom, the other to a closet.
:Faelynn's Room:
As you walk through the door you come into a hallway of sorts, which is lined with shelves that are filled with neatly labeled containers full of various crafting supplies. When you reach the end of the hallway it opens up into a nice sized room with walls light pink in color, an plush white carpeted floors. Directly to your right there are three desks; one in the front corner, one directly in the middle, and one in the back corner. Atop the desk in the front corner is a very nice sewing/embroidery machine, along with other various sewing and knitting supplies. The desk in the back corner is home to an array of beading/jewelry making supplies. Atop the desk directly in the middle is a rather nice desktop computer. Against the back wall, directly in the middle of the room is a large four poster bed with plush white and light pink bedding. Directly in front of the bed sits a large trunk. On the wall directly opposite the bed is a swivel-mounted flatscreen television. In both corners of the far side of the room there are doors, the one in the front corner leads to a bathroom, and the one in the back corner leads to a spacious closet. Between those two doors sits a big comfy couch.
