In truth there is no deffinate way to tell. It's kinda like in sience class when you come up with a hypothosis: it'll either sink or swim, ya know?

do you feel a connection? that always helps. I'm a shy one too and i met this girl who is a year older and out going. but we connected really well and know we like eachother. You can feel it. If you can't then try and find things that attract one another. there are always signs.
