I agree with the judge, and here's why:
As current attitudes toward homosexuality are, a child growing up in a homosexual household will have nothing but trouble growing up. Think about it: the child will be made fun of at school, at church, and elsewhere. I don't believe a child could handle that kind of psychological stress, and would probably end up committing suicide in their teens, or growing up to be a recluse. Would you put your kid through that kind of life?

Would you put your kid through that kind of life? I dunno, hon...why is it ok to give in to societal bigotry? The family has the same chance of being a loving home as any heterosexual one does, it's just the damn outside forces at work. If it weren't for narrow-minded outside forces, it wouldn't be a problem, so I think that fighting against the mindset is the only way to go.

That is just sick. stressed
It's stuff like this here that is making me lose all faith in humanity.
As it is,very little of my faith is even left any more, and it's slowly dwindling away.
*sigh*

People would accept that those kids can't choose their parents....

Children will be made fun of no matter what... cuz they're fat, short, tall, smart, not-so smart, are rich, are poor, have glasses, have braces, are niave, have divorced parents, etc. I was insulted all the time in elementry school cuz I was heavy, niave, and near the head of the class (I was usally the 2nd or 3rd highest student in a class of about 30). Sure all these insults made me lose trust in others (until my frend Rachel came along, and slowly over the next few years helped me heal myself of this distrust) but my poin is... kids are brutal... no matter what they'll find somthing to pick on other kids for. Also... how are we going to change societys views of homosexuality, bisexuality, etc. until we're allowed these basic rights?!

that is so screwed up. Nobody should have to give up their children because of their sexual preference.

That's rather stupid, no mother should ever lose her children.
