Well I was looking through the deck post, and had a thought; Maybe if people want a specific deck, they could request someone build them one, by stating what cards they currently have, what they could possibly get, and well...of course what theme they want/what ideas and strategies that they want to have included.
A builder could then take up the offer and either do it for free, or take a commision or whatever, and compile a list of cards which would be made into the deck 3nodding
So I may make this into a sticky or somthin.

Actually, if you want someone to help you with a deck, make one to start out, put it in the deck sticky, and someone will come by and "correct" it for you. 3nodding

Well I would be willing to open up a deck shop...with a few other members...we could rate and or fix decks apon request...

I'm down for a deck garage, however I will be focusing more on the professional strategies and incorperating them into I guess whatever theme you guys have in mind. Basically, if you want me to put together a Spellcaster deck and Spirit Reaper or Mobius are in it, don't be surprised. They're good, solid cards.
Anyway, anyone need any decks built for them, PM me I guess... I'll post the fixes in a thread for everyone to see and get an idea for that type and PM them back to you for easy reference.
