After Spamalot, would anyone else like to see any more Pythoin material adapted for the stage?
Life of Brian is springing to mind as a play, but the censors'd never pas that many religious jokes... would they...?

it would be awesome to have more monty python on stage but it's rather hard to do because of the style that monty python is originally played in. it's easier to go from stage to film than it is to go from film to stage.

I thought that, too - which is why hearing that Spamalot was in development surprised me so much.

I saw Spamalot, it was pretty good. They added and took away scenes from the original, and the Lady of the Lake was to make the play...fair I guess so that there would be a leading female role. I'm listening to the soundtrack as we speak 3nodding

Life of Brian could be hard because there's a lot of nuditu written into it. I'd rather see them turn a bunch of the flying circus skits into a play. Kind of like And Now For Something Completely Different.

It was awesome! Tim Curry rocked as King Arthur!
As for another musical, I'd say that's too predictable of Eric... If he'll do something with Brian or Meaning of Life, I don't think it'll be a musical... I think it'd be cool for him do be in something, himself, though... Or maybe all the Pythons! Let's get 'em all together for another live show! Heck, we'll bring Chapman's ashes too! xp
