Draakair looked over at her. "All right." He went over nad placed a target. He then handed her a bow and some arrows. "First, i need you to show me what you can do."

Aslinda enters the archery rang and appraoches Master Draakair. Aslinda then bows and says, "Master Draakair, I would also request that you train me in archery as well. I have some knowledge of bows but my training was cut short by the death of my brother."

"Im sorry to hear that." He places another target. "Please select a bow from the wall, and a couple arrows, and show me what you already know."

Aslinda looks at the wall and sees a long bow that resembles her brother's old bow. She picks it up and pulls a few plain arrows from the wall as well. Aslinda then sets one arrow in place, draws back the sting, and fires the bow. The arrow fly fast toward the target and hits just shy of the center. She places another arrow in place, draws back, and fires. This time the arrow is slightly to the left of the center. Aslinda then takes the 3rd and last arrow she picked and fires it. This time it hits the center. "How was that Master Draakair?" Aslinda asks.

"Good." Draakair goes and grabs the arrows and hands them to her. "You have the accuracy down, but how fast can you fire them?"

Aslinda sighs saddly. Speed had never been her strong point in archery. He brother always said she fired slower then a slung. Aslinda sighs again then places and arrow in the bow and fires. She follows it with the second arrow about 10 seconds later, then the third one another 10 seconds later. They all hit very close to the center. "I appologize Master Draakair. I am very slow when it come to archery." Aslinda says and waits for Draakair's critic.

"Its ok." He smiles and whispers. "Between you and me, Ryu is slower." He smiles again and collects her arrows. "Now, speed is normally one of the things that is hardest to get and its something that cant be mastered in one night. My skill has been honed for many years watch." He continues to stare at her, and brings his bow up. Suddenly, three arrows were stuck in the center. The only clue that the arrows came from Draakair is that three arrows were missing from his quiver. "When im done with you, you should be able to shoot close to that speed."

Aslinda laughs at the idea that Ryu was a slow archer. "I must warn you Master Draakair I might use that last bit off info for a bit of fun with Ryu-sama." Aslinda says and grins, "I will look forward to being able to shoot that fast. My brother was an archer with such speed. He would be glad to know I have such a teacher. So what shall be our first lesson?"

"He wont like it, but beware, his skill with shuriken and kunai far surpase mine." Draakair thinks. "All right, what i want you to do is without an arrow, pull back the bow string 500 times as far as you can without breaking the bow, and release. With each time, try to get a bit faster."

"I will amkes sure to remember that bit about Ryu-sama, Master Draakair." Aslinda says and chuckles lightly. Aslinda then raises the bow she had picked and pulled back the string. Aslinda let the string go then pulled it back again. She does this slowly the first fifty times but begings to be able to do it faster after. When she reaches the 500th time she is pulling and releasing the bow at about 10 times faster then before. Aslinda then lowers her bow and looks at Draakair. "How was that Master Draakair?" Aslinda asks as she rubs her now swore arms.

"Goo.d Now, i need you to allow your arms a rest and sit down and sip some tea." He smiles and leads her over to a table and brings out some tea and hands her a cup and pours some tea in it and then in his cup. He then takes a sip of his, sitting down on the mats.

Aslinda smiles and sits down as well. "You and Ryu-sama are more different then I originally expected. Even how you teach is such complete opposites." Aslinda says then sips her tea, "But I think it creates a good ballance for those who learn from you both. You both seem to be much like yin and yang. I find it quite fascinating."
