I only know of Zenebatos, Aglis, and Mayfil. Otherwise, I don't pay enough attention! Um... isn't Deningrad somewhat one of them?

Yep. Denningrad is one as well. It is the Birth City, where the winglies would test the power level of unborn Winglie babies to decide if they should be allowed to enter the world.
There's still one more. Come on people. It isn't that hard if you think about it. I'll even give you a hint: the last city refers to one of the 4 seasons in it's name.

No, Flanvil isn't a city, it was just a floating tower from which the winglies staged their attacks. In essence, it was a Winglie military base.

Is it that wingly city in the Death Frontier?
If not, is it Doel's city? Those and that forest city are the only technologically advanced cities that I could think of.
