A Strange Brew Vice Captain

So... I am a proud owner of a Nintendo DS. So prod, I have pretty much wore it out in the year and a half that I've had it.
Problems with it:
-The L and R buttons stop working from time to time.
-The screen is scratched to hell.
-The whole thing is scratched up.
-The hinge is broken and held together with super glue.
I have had my eye on a DS Lite. I want it badly, but I don't want to go in and buy something that I pretty much already have. It's like buying a car, then deciding to buy next year's model. So, what do you guys think I should do?

well lite: a bit smaller (? ), better mic position, better light and battery.
Hm.. I dont know.. might be worth it <.<

Well, I bought one. And I LOVE it. My only problem wit it is that the speakers seem to not be as loud as the origional. But the sound is a lot clearer, and so is the surround sound.
I gave the old one to my girlfriend. XD

I decided to get a PSP instead mainly cause most of the newer Final Fantasy games are also going to be released on the PSP as well.

Faceless Killa I decided to get a PSP instead mainly cause most of the newer Final Fantasy games are also going to be released on the PSP as well. Actually, there's quite a few Final Fantasies coming out on the DS. Mostly remakes of the ones that never made it to the U.S.

Actually, there's quite a few Final Fantasies coming out on the DS. Mostly remakes of the ones that never made it to the U.S. Both Sony and Square Enix have disclosed that all and any FF games which are released for the PS2/PS3 system are also going to be released on the PSP.
