Hi! Im sorry I have to bother ya with this again ^^ However I just finished modelling the rest of the swords to Cloud. A large picture should be displayed below now? (sorry if killed your web browser x_x, it looks fine on my comp thou )

....now as the modelling stage is over, the texturing is next and after that, an animation will be made. However because of some rl stuff going on I might have to take a break from this project, and come back to it later one day ^^;

Need to add: The pictures are only up to the MODEL stage. Which means, Ive not started on making the metallic/shiny look on them yet!

I've been thinking of making cloud's First Tsurugi from FFAC in 3d.
I think it's one of the most genious weapon (the design and concept) Ive ever seen ^^! Just got to admire it and how cloud can fight with it/them! whee

Anyways, been working on the mainblade and hollowblade for the past weeks now, and I just did a testrender of it to see how it have turned out so far.
For fun and an attempt to make it as realistic as possible, Ive added my floor as a background xP

Mainblade assembled with Hollowblade, I think this is the coolest combination of the swords ;D

if I ever become finished with all the swords, Im thinking of making an animation of them where they explain how the swords are assembled ^^; But thats just way too far into the future from here xP

Wow! That's really good! What program do you use to do your 3d generated pictures?

At first I thought it was real in the picture, until I read what you said! Good job!

I tried to make it as real as possible! However its so hard to get the lightning/shadow and reflections right! ^^, Oh well.. This was the first render picture Ive taken out to the net! ^^; Im going to see if I can make better ones when Im finished with all the swords :3

The program I've used is 3dsmax7.

Im currently rendering out another picture, of the mainblade and hollowblade assembled together ^^; *takes long time*

Going to add it to this post when done. whee

omg I just got an idea :3 When Im done with all the swords and assemble them. Maybe I can add a bandage around it like Clouds sword in KH? ^^

Eh, youd be pushing it with the bandage. I think the sword would go fine alone, bandage free.

This is really good.
I've seen quite the few 3D renders of the First Tsurugi, and this is clearly topnotch.
Great work, and I can't wait 'til you're finished with the whole thing.
