anyhow, here it is. this is most of the rules and such. I'll get Damien on the rest of it as soon as possible.

The story:

The year is AC 198, 3 years after Gundam Wing and 2 years after the Mariemaia incident. The preventers, having a tough time keeping the peace, recieve word that a fire is about to break out. They send Preventer Ice out to try to stop it. Along the way however, he encounters a mysterious Mobile Suit.

Rules:

-You are allowed to use any Mobile Suit design from any Gundam Series. But if say you use Freedom Gundam, it can't be called Freedom Gundam because it is from Seed, not Wing. but if you are using a suit from Wing, just make sure that it isn't being used already.

-You CANNOT use characters from any other Gundam series. it must be your own or one of the Gundam Wing Characters.

-No Godmodding or powerplaying. Mobile suits may be strong, but they are not invincible.

-Lady Une wil be played by me until Colonel Lady Une joins in or if she doesn't join in.

-we will follow one storyline. just one. If you wish to be a main character or do a sub story, contact me or Damien Graize by pm.

-Alternate outfit: baggy cargo jeans, black sneakers, blue short sleeve shirt and a denim jacket.

Background: Blaze is a novice gundam pilot with exceptional skill for a novice. He has the potential to be a great gundam pilot, if he would be more serious when he doesn't need to be.

Personality:Usually laidback, Blaze will be Serious when he is needed to be

Gundam: Dragon Gundam, It is a remodel of Wing Zero Custom with the color being black and wings being black and dragonlike and relies on two beam sabers with dual hand beam guns as backup weapons or if it is a long range mission.
Weapon Specs: His beam sabers are modified to increase in heat for more damage but needed more coolers to counter the heat on the handle. This causes the blades to be increased in weight.
The handguns have about half the power of a beam rifle and hang on his gundam's waist.

Gundam Specs: The gundam itself has vulcan cannons and the flight booster has been upgraded. This causes more heat friction on the armor making its armor weaker than the Zero Custom.

Hohkay Gents! To build on Blue Jays rules, here's the form to fill out for created characters. If'n you decide to bring an original Gundam into this, I also expect a nice description of it and it's weaponry. And for the record, if your a tank like Heavyarms, you're not expected to also be a melee master like Deathsycthe. And if you choose to be a bit of both, your not a God of both. It's all about balance.

Try to stay as original as possible too...I'd rather avoid a thousand little brothers or sisters of Heero running about, or Duo's ten thousand ex lovers or something to that effect. Also, try to be descriptive aswell. Don't write a story on it, but try to paint the image of your character for us, so we can know how to interact with one another and what to say about your character. In this case folks, more is better.

Titles

In an attempt to add a little spice and flare to this, I introduce the Titles.

With a title, earned from exploits that travel from mouth to ear amidst your comrades and foes, you gain a reputation and, to that level, a certain amount of fear and respect, or loathing and despising.

Say your exploits earn you the title of "Madness Embodied", then your looking at the reputation of someone either quite insane or the truest beserker. With titles, it'll also effect the interaction between characters. In battles, no one is going to take on someone with the title of "God of the Blades" in reckless Melee combat, just like you wouldn't try and play hide and shoot with "Bearer of the Demonic Eye"

How do you get one?: After a set amount of time, once I become aware of what others may be saying about you, I will PM you the title I take from all of it.

Note! This is not the Preventer Code Name, nor a nickname. It's a marking of reputation. IT can change with time aswell, so don't expect to hold onto it forever.
