Never met any of them, but I know someone who lives about 5 minutes away from Eccleston. The only reason she hasn't met him yet is because she refuses to become a stalker.
I wouldn't be able to resist if I were her, personally...

Jon was a nice man, very polite. And his panel was great! Nick Courtney did a hilarious routine with his agent helping out at the con where I saw him. It was a variation of the "Who's on First" routine that had us all laughing so hard we were almost literally in the aisles! rofl Nick was fun. I still say Colin is the best though because he likes to read SF & will sit down & start conversations sometimes at a panel instead of doing a regular talk. Once he asked us what SF we'd read lately, then told us what he'd been reading. It's because he said Terry Pratchett was good & WHY he liked it that I tried it myself, & now I'm hooked too! smile However, he also liked the Thomas Covenant books, & I HATE those--so insanely depressing!! xp He also liked Twin Peaks.

It's cool that Colin enjoys SF/fantasy books. I hate the Covenant books as well, for pretty much the same reason as you. And yet... I own them all. Even the one that came out a couple of years ago (vol. 1, third chronicles of Thomas Covenant). In hardcover, no less. It was boring. And the writing very tortured. Or maybe I was feeling tortured reading the damn thing...
Any more interesting personal anecdotes from those of you lucky enough to have met actors/actresses from the show?

The first Terry Pratchet book I read, and finished..was Thief of Time. Which I read about a dozen times over in rural China..not much else to do there, I had four days with only one book. Actually, I had two weeks with only one book..It's my most worn book.. Well, I suppose I like it because..I like Time. I'm going to try another Terry Pratchet book..see if I finish it..any reccomendations?
