ok guys and girls are very diffrent when it comes to video games ill point one out.
ok some guys are fanboys yeah now, so when ever im playing dead or alive ultimate on my ps2 all my guy friends are making perverted coments and are like XD!!!! its so annoying!

as in all sex wars, we girls are more complex. Although few of us are gamers, we sure are good gamers. Boys on the other hand like girls in fighting games, and well, thats about it...

Perverted comments are part of it. It allows me to win against them more, eg-
Guy1: "******** she's so hot"
Guy2: "Man look at her boobs"
Guy3: "Haha, I'll bet this is making Lauren (me) uncomfortable blaugh "
Me: "******** no, I'd rather do one of them than any of you."
I think that's happened at every LAN, I'm hoping one day they'll learn.

Well from what I've seen in Ragnarok Online at least is that girl gamers prefer to make their characters have nice looking hats and ribbons, while guy gamers would rather wear poopoo on their head if it will make them "OMG PWNZOR" in PvP.

They're MUCH more competitive than girls are.
Girls generally play for fun.
Guys play to kick girls' asses and to flirt while doing it.
If they win, they rub it in girls' faces, saying they suck and all that crap.
Girls, on the other hand, tend to kick their asses and then make them feel like it was a close game even if it wasn't.
I think that's one of our many mistakes.
We make them feel good about their losing, and, in return, what do they show for it, but rubbing our losses in our faces.
It's one of the reasons I decided to be the best at every game possible.
So that I can't lose when going up against them.
And let them wallow in their own shame of defeat.
That's girl power for ya.

I'm the exact opposite of that. I take it personally and Will plays for fun, and I mean even if we're on the same team or whatever and he's doing better than me. I'm starting to think there's a reason why everyone likes to joke around about me being more of a man than a woman. sweatdrop (And no, it's nothing physical. Just getting that out of the way.)

I sometimes take it personally if I'm getting creamed at a new game.
Whenever I'm playing a game I've played once or twice before, I always win.
So, I only really get competitive when someone's creaming me at a game I've never played before.
Which, actually, sounds very stupid, but oh well, that's me for ya.

I attempt not to do that, because after awhile, it does sink into their head, and it starts getting to them.
If you do that too much, they'll start feeling worthless and unmasculine.

If you do it every now and then, it's fine.
If you do it too often, they'll get over-confident and snobby.
You need to moderate it perfectly.

It's always funny when you sit there and play against them and they're sitting there thinking 'aw, it's just a girl, no problem to beat her...' and then you win. by a lot. the expression on their faces...heh heh heh...this guy used to play super smash bros melee against me and ALWAYS lost. oh man, he always got so mad.
...that ever happen to anyone else?
