Drink Stand

Nearby the grounds for the sakura picnic, there is a drink stand set up by the Bottling Division of the Yuki Energy Drink Corporation as a special one-time promotion for some of their new energy drinks. The stand is draped with many colorful banners advertising different kinds of drinks for different active student lifestyles, all of them with typical 'EXTREME' type names that aim to cater to teenagers. There are as many different flavors of drinks here as there are different kinds of students at Ria, many of them fruit flavored and all of them containing vital nutrients important for keeping up the high level of energy required of a student at a busy and often dangerous school like Ria High.

There are two incredibly enthusiastic vendors - Nami, a short cheerful girl with bright eyes and short pink hair; and Kotaro, a handsome young lad with dark hair and eyes - working the stand, and both of them are more than willing to help students make a selection out of the many drinks available there. There is no need to worry about money, as all drinks are available as free promotional samples during the sakura picnic event.

Next to the stand, there are several benches and picnic tables set up for students to congregate around as they wander about the picnic, and also to sit down at while they try the drinks. The company is hoping that many students will use the area in front of their stand as a gathering place, and that other students will see them there and wander over to try one of the drinks themselves.

((Note: There is a special side event attached to this drink stand, but it's a surprise! The first time (and first time only) one of your characters drinks one of the energy drinks from the stand, use the Random Number selection under the Post Action box to generate a random number between 1 and 50. If you should happen to roll the lucky number, you will receive a PM from Misao detailing the event. It's nothing dangerous, so don't worry about that - none of the drinks are poisoned or anything. If you're curious about what will happen, there's only one way to find out, and that's to try one! xd ))

((Also note: You don't have to wait for me to be here to roleplay Nami and Kotaro in order to get a drink. Anyone who posts on this thread is free to roleplay as the drink vendors for purposes of walking on up and ordering a drink. They're just your typical frighteningly enthusiastic energy drink vendor type people. They'll be extremely friendly, extremely happy, and extremely ready to give you whatever drink you choose.))

Kimonto giggled slightly at how he kept saying love, she didn't really mind, it actually almost gave him an accent. And she like people that had accents, they always seemed somewhat more intresting for some reason. She glanced around at the stand and saw two servers there both of whom looked quite happy. "Um you order for me, just get me one of the engery drinks or something" she said to him. She wasn't sure what she wanted and she was rather nervous so she sighed. "Actually I'll order after you, I think I need time to figure it out" she said as she laughed slightly. He was being kind to stay with her for the festival but she didn't want him to be annoyed by her and walk away. She leaned on a nearby bench as she waited for him to order as she was still quite nervous.

Hideki glanced down at her, shaking his head slightly. "Ok," he grinned, not sure why she was acting so indecisive. Well, at least she hadn't yelled at him for calling her love repeatedly. He walked up to the stand and smiled cheerfully at the two people there. "Extreme," he chuckled, tilting his head slightly. "I'd like, um... anything orange flavored," he grinned and began reaching into his pocket. Though, the girl, Nami, stopped him quickly, saying that it was free. Hideki blinked a couple times and his grin only broadened. As he was handed his drink, he bowed his head in thanks, and walked back over to Kimonto. He didn't take a drink just yet though, oddly feeling like he should wait for her to get one first. "Decided yet?" he asked brightly.

Hideki nodded with another grin as he watched her open the drink. "K, my turn now!" he laughed, twisting open the top and taking a large gulp rather than a sip like she did. He swallowed and then brought the bottle away from his lips, licking them gently. "Pretty good," he nodded, tail wagging happily once more. "How's yours, love?" he asked, too distracted now to even realize he'd made the mistake yet again. His tail was still wagging happily, the fluffy mass of dusty brown thumping against the back of the bench he was seated upon.

[xD Oh well..]
Hideki let out a sudden laugh, as he just seemed to realize his tail was thumping against the bench. "Aaah.... I really didn't need any more energy," he grinned, and them promptly chugged down the rest of his drink. He chuckled again, shaking his head as he crushed the bottle in his hand and then tossed it towards the trash can. He leapt back up to his feet and spun around so he was facing Kim again. "Hmm... what would I like to do?" he grinned, tilting his head back and forth. "We could go play the games again, or eat, but other than that it doesn't seem there's all that much to do here just yet. I haven't explored the rest of campus, but I like these cherry trees. I've never really seen them like this before." He shut his eyes as a few drifted into his face, and shook his head before turning back to Kim. "What should we do...?" he asked, unsure whether he was directing the question at her or himself again.

cried a very loud and childish voice, well, he kind of sounded like a girl. As he was singing, he was also gulfing down a riceball that had a cherry in the middle, his sister gave it to him before he left. Oliver was his name, his messy black hair waving as the wind blew by him, as well as his yukata Ai made for him last year. Besides his yukata was his black cat hat, oh, and his side bag that had a shape of a strawberry. He really is a strange boy but cute.

For some unknown reason, he left Ai when she was taking out some riceballs, he wanted to wander around and maybe see that nice girl named Makie. But he couldn't help but wonder why Ai looked sad, probably because she's been looking for whats-his-face. Shrugging the thought, he continued the Mary Had A Little Lamb to himself.

he was cutt off dead short when his large cute royal blue eyes captured a sight of a stand filled with drinks everywhere. Smiling largely, he skipped over to the stand and grabbed a drink and examined it.

"What an odd color!" he squeeked as he brightly smiled and gulfed the drink all the way until it was all gone. Nothing. Nadah. "C'EST SUPER!" he cried out pridely as he holded the cup out like it was some kind of trophy in front of the crowd; merely drawing attention at him. Until he felt a light punch at his head.

"Shut up, Squirt! No one wants to hear you're unmanly voice!" said a very dark voice coming from Feena. She was wearing a black kimono with red butterflies and poppy flower designs on it. Her hair was up terra twist style with a large red butterfly covered with emeralds hair clip on the left side of her hair. Oliver smiled cockedly as he rubbed the back of his head.

Rille wandered slowly along the outskirts of the festival, and, spotting a drink stand, she drifted over. Smiling quietly at the girl behind the stand, she pointed silently to a citrus flavored drink, and, seeing the sign saying 'Free' she wandered over to a bench and sipped the drink slowly, startled at the tart flavor. She made a face, but kept drinking. "This is...different," she said, frowning a little, "but I think I like it."
