They're names my seven-year-old cousin can pronounce. ^^; I don't think dubs are that bad. If it wasn't for dubs, I wouldn't know about Shaman King.
Awww, my cousin would sound so cute saying Manta!!!!

You know, I've never had a problem with Ren/Len's British accent. I think about like this:
British accent is to English as Chinese accent is to Japanese?
Meh, whatever. It makes sense to me, also I've always liked British accents so it could just be me.
About Ryu/Rio's char in dubs:
I've always like his voice. I think it suits him. For all we know, or at least, for all I know Ryu could have lived in Spain or Mexico and moved to Japan. Or at least his Mother and Father could have had Spanish accents, which would have rubbed off on Ryu. However, his accent really isn't that noticeable to me. So it could be just the way he says things.
Anna's char in dubs:
Her voice isn't all that bad... it could been worse. Trust me. They could have had one of those girls that make your head explode burning_eyes after a few words.
She is somewhat different in dubs. Which I don't like, she is more mean and somewhat more... complaint ridden.
Ly's char:
Meh, big whoop. I like him, but not much to say other than: How do you get Chloe from Morphin?
Yoh:
I love his voice! Makes him sound more like a boy. In the Jap anime he sounds kinda like a girl. sweatdrop
Horo Horo:
I loved the voice, hated the "Trey Racer". burning_eyes

It's not so bad. If I didn't watch the dub, I wouldn't know Shaman King. And Shaman King is now my favorite anime. I didn't really mind Ren's accent. It's just that the names sort of bothered me....

Dana Tao It's not so bad. If I didn't watch the dub, I wouldn't know Shaman King. And Shaman King is now my favorite anime. I didn't really mind Ren's accent. It's just that the names sort of bothered me.... I said that earlier. ^_^
