Welcome to The Endless Library, the guild for readers!

Crew
I am the guild captain (obviously). Lunar Kissed is the guild's vice captain, and OliviaFalconer is a moderator. If a post goes against the rules, one of us may edit it, or even delete it, depending on the content. We may also move your post if it is in the wrong place.

Forums
We have several subforums of book genres, so please try to place your book/series-specific threads in the appropriate one. smile Any general book-loving posts should be made in the General forum.
If you post in the 'wrong' place, we will not harm you. We'll just move your thread. So if you don't see it, look around a bit before asking me why I've apparently deleted your thread.
Sometimes, a redundant thread is accidentally made. In that case, we'll usually lock the thread and direct you to the one that already exists. We don't do this to be mean, we just do it to cut down on thread clutter and keep the guild more organized.

Seriously, please, please use proper grammar, correct spelling, and proper punctuation. We are a guild for readers, and a few members have mentioned their dislike of the spelling errors here. I know we all slip up, forget a comma, make a typo. I'm not going to be a freak about it. Let's just all try to make this a happy reading experience.

We welcome members who speak English as a second (or third or eleventh) language, and we will understand if you make a mistake.

There is no special explanation of the word 'sunscreen.' There was simply a bottle of it sitting on my desk when I typed out the rules.

Concerning Spoilers:

Of course, book discussion is totally encouraged here. However, please be mindful of spoilers (statements that give away an important part of a story, such as a character dying). If you are creating a post with a spoiler in it, please be kind enough to make note of it.

Example A

I was so shocked to find out that the real villain was Dr. Doom.

Simply highlight the spoiler in white. Or,

Example B

Spoiler Warning:
I loved that book. Especially the hero's reaction to the villain's death at the end.

Give a warning beforehand. This is better suited for something like Authors/Titles/Series, in a thread discussing a certain book. Most people in the thread will have already read it, but it's still kind to look out for those who have not.

All members of this guild are welcomed to a book for their avatar, for free. I'll probably ask you to wait for a little bit if you've just joined (to keep people from joining just to get a free book). If you would like one, please PM IRTIA or me. Don't be shy - just ask. And be sure to specify what color you'd like.
