Well, I don't make tags, so I doubt any tag makers would use what I have to make tags. xD I just draw on Open Canvas 4. @_@
I like the paint brush thing that I use to blend all colors of shadows and highlights in my drawings. :3 It's a really simple program to use, and works really well. biggrin

I do most of my drawings, website layouts, and banners on Photoshop. I love Photoshop, but that's like the only program I know. lol

i use photoshop cs2 but i have configured most of the shorcuts to my liking cause they have changed frm cs and i love it because u can nearly do anything on it

Umm.
xP There's MS paint, haha.
I only know a lot of drawing programs, which aren't really focused on making tags and other kind of graphics like that.

I love Corel Painer 9.1, it's better than Photoshop CS *drawing/coloring wise*
And Photoshop CS is the mah partner in crime when it comes to taggin rofl rofl

Yep, some people make pixel dolls with MS Paint. Corel Painter has loads of brush effects and blending tools but it costs an arm and a leg though. gonk
